Luz is in the Boiling Isles during Halloween
Eda POV
Luz jumped on me from behind as I was making breakfast, she was always like this but today she seemed well... more energetic.
"HAPPY HALLOWEEEENNNNNNN!!!!" Luz screamed making Eda's eardrums ring. Eda looked at Luz in confusion.
"Whats... this Halloween thing????" Eda asked.
"WHATTTTTTTT?!?!?!" Luz screeched making Eda cover her ears.
I swear this kid is gonna burst my eardrums someday...
"Halloween is like the best holiday ever!!! You get to dress up as whatever you want and go to school without being judged!! Mostly..." Luz said as an after remark. "ANDDDD!! you get to go to all the houses around you and they give you candy!!"
"Are you talking about the Ritual???" Eda asked in confusion.
"What's that??" Luz said sitting down. "Tell me EVERYTHING."
"Well um..." Eda sat down next to Luz. "Each town gathers together on the 31st of October and we summon the Dark Lord. Then he gives us monster candy, which tries to eat us. We fight the candy and after we kill it we get to eat it."
"Awwww so no dressing up..."
"No dressing up, but you get to fight to the DEATH!"Eda yelled standing up and summoning her staff.
"That sounds fun too! My mom would never allow it at home, but she's not here!!" Luz said standing up next to Eda.
"Thats ma girl!! Defying Authority!!! Here's your sword." Eda summoned a sword and gave it to Luz.
"Now off to the middle of town to battle the candy!!!" Luz yelled brandishing her sword.
