Redacted Level 10 Clearance Required: Due to being captured by sirens and experiment as well as being a Legionnaire all influence his skill tree. This is probably due to being in contact and fused with a black wisdom cube. Further studying is suggested to see if any more irregularities appear.

Field Commander: Can increase morale and buff the stats of allied ships by +10.

Combat Medic: Can heal yourself, allied ship girls or soldiers by increasing or replenishing their health while in the heat of battle.

Quick heal: The ability to quickly heal battle wounds.

Sense: The ability to tell who's a siren, human, ship girl, hybrid and so forth as well as detecting hidden dangers such as I.E.Ds or enemy ambushes.

Summon: Can summon any type of weapon into his hands (this excludes nuclear arms).

Wall: Can create an indestructible wall out of purple energy (similar to the shields that Azur Lane and Red Axis ships can create).

Void: Allows for the creation of a mini black hole as when summoned it quickly expands and causes a huge explosion that is equivalent to 6 sticks of C4.

Mindfray: Causes the target to lose grip on reality, inflicting penalties to Aim, Will and Mobility.

Glitch: The ability to disappear from existence and reappear somewhere else (in other terms teleportation). Redacted: Side effect includes pixiling (the body may experience glitching suddenly without your control. Your body becomes composed of purple pixels but don't be worried a simple slap to the face or tapping your body a few times can fix this).

Bombardment: The ability to unleash six salvos of any type of ordnance from his ships onto enemy positions.

Air support: Can call in air support out of nowhere and can come in any form equipped for any type of mission via his AN/PRC-152 radio.

ils ne passeront pas: The ability to put up a determined defence of a position against the enemy. All enemy damage is nerfed by 90% and your damage output is increased by 80%.

Siren murderer: Increases own damage dealt to Sirens by 20% (Always active).

Diplomat: Excels at defusing hostile situations and making good deals between enemy and allies alike.

Scoped: Fire on the enemy is more accurate and less spread out.

Sniper: Can fire one highly accurate salvo onto any enemy.

Carrier strike: Can launch a quick sortie of F-4E Phantoms and F-8P Crusaders equipped for any type of missile role.

Clear skies: AA fire is increased and more accurate.

Tank: Consume enemy fire without taking any damage and return the same amount of damage onto the enemy.
