2) [Dragon-]: Naruto abilities had fell short compared to the likes of the USJ Nomu as he wasn't really confident that he could fight against it head on and believed that he would require more underhanded tactics to gain the advantage in what could be seen as an unwinnable situation as the Nomu multiple quirks was a threat. Naruto has a very laid-back and fun-loving personality. Due to his upbringing, Naruto does not go around discriminating others mainly as he had been discriminated before in the past due to his quirk but also because he was taught that <One should do good in order to receive a good Karma> hence Naruto always try to remain humble around others and not be arrogant as it is the downfall of many powerful individuals.
Despite this, Naruto isn't ignorant nor is he naive in his thinking as he possess flexible mind and he truly view society with the right lenses. He's fully aware of the corruption in the hero society that disguises their intention with false justice. Naruto truly aim to be a hero in order to make a change in society and bring attention to the problems that holds their society back and prevent it from further developing in the correct path.
As a result, he had dedicated all of his years training in all forms of martial arts (At least what he can get his hands on), he also developed skills unrelated to his own quirk in order to further help start his career as a pro hero. His many years of dedicated training had bore result when he had managed to rank 1st in the entrance exam and had even shattered All Might's previous record by earning 200 points overall.
