"Try and ill shoot you back to hell" i sighs as this drug lord really is trying to touch my cheek even if he's all tied up

Im so tired. We've been trying to catch them since morning and its already 2am right now. I know i need to wake up tommorow early, i still need to get some files across the town

"Im exhausted" clint took a deep breath resting his head on the chair while i forced ny self to stay awake not wanting this guy to escape again

"You will not find a husband if you act that stubborn" he suddenly stated..im pretty sure he's still in the effect of the substance so i didnt really mind him

"I dont need that" i mumbled not giving him any emotions

"A wife?"

"I...dont need anyone" i looked away

"We all need someone" he sighs

"My wife left me together with our kids because of my addiction. At first i was ok..i mean less stress for me yknow? Then i catch my self alone every night. Thats the momment i realized im just a human. I still need someone to stay with me at the end of the day" he stated sounding so serious and emotional.

I didnt gave him any reaction and just stayed quiet. After few more minutes we finally arrived at the headquarters and turned him over.

I quickly went home taking a cold shower. As i got off the bathroom a smile curled up my lips for the first time today seeing my girlfriend just sleeping on my side of the bed

She's the best thing that ever happenned in my life..."hey..how many times? Stop taking over my space" i chuckled softly seating beside her moving away the hair covering her hair tuckinh it behind her ear

She slowly opened her eyes looking up to me with a smile " you're home.." she chuckled "i am..and youre sleeping at my side" i pouted tucking myself in before grabbing her lightly letting her use my bicep as her pillow..her hand wrapped around my waist as i kissed her forehead..all my tiredness slipping away

"How was your day?" She mumbled facing me brushing her lips on my jaw

"I miss you.." i swallowed thickly

"Im ok.." she reassured burying her face on my neck as i held her tighter

She suddenly got off of me stretching before grabbing my jacket "lets go for a walk? I know youre not gonna sleep anyways" she shaked her head giggling receiving my smile

We decided to go and wander around the woods near our house. Both of us just holding each other's hand while she gets so excited about the stars "there's not much stars today..its gonna rain" she pouted

"That doesnt make any sense. If its gonna rain, its gonna rain. Dont drag the stars into this" i laughed at her while she frowned her brows

"If there are 10 stars or few..the rain is gonna be light..if theres none or very few..the rain will be heavy"

I stared at her while she gave me a smile playfully swinging our hands. Well...the rain eventually started pouring and shes more than happy to tell me that im wrong and shes always right

"Come onn, lets go back. You're gonna get sickk" she huffed trying to pull me but i didn't let her. Instead, i pulled her closer to me.

I wrapped my hands around her just treasuring this moment "let me have this...please." i mumbled as i felt her lose her guard and just hugged me back

"I love you so much.." i broke down...

"You're exhausted..i'm sorry. I should have let you slept" she sighs wiping my tears cupping my cheeks in the most soothing way

"I love you too..the most, my thalie" she smiled giving me a kiss making me close my eyes, my hand rested on her waist

We stayed outside sitting on this bench watching the sun goes up as she fell asleep..i rested her head on my shoulder letting her get some rest first before picking her up to go home and tucked her in our bed.

Meanwhile, I took a shower and started my day again. Before going to work i swing by at the flower shop getting her favorite flowers..tulips.

"For her again?" The lady asks

"The one and only..always" i gave her a smile as she gave me the flowers

"20 pink tulips for miss y/n"

I drove straight to my first stop..."hi baby..." i took a deep breath smiling sitting in front of my girlfriend's tomb.

"Got you, your favorites" i smiled removing the flower i gave her yesterday, replacing it with the new one

I catched myself crying again just thinking how much pity i have on what im doing. She passed away 2 years ago because of a mission...and im here still cant get my life together without her.

"Thankyou...T-Thankyou for being with me last night" i wiped my tears trying to stay strong knowing she gets sad when im sad

"I-Im sorry i cant l-let you go.." i catched my breath still cant accept that she's gone.

"Y-Yknow..uhm..i went to uh..clint's house last week...lila misses you so much. She's always asking when will auntie y/n take her to the city again" i chuckled wiping my tears

"Andd, clint had a boy..they named him after me. He's nathaniel...a fat baby" i added still in the same expression, updating her with whats new with my life as i took out my breakfast eating an apple while i gave her some grapes..

"Whenever i see those damn grapes it always makes me chuckle. I remember the time you ate like hundreds of them saying youre trying to get drunk?" I laughed just picturing it in my head.

"Im sorry i cant get it together when you shows up..and im only saying these things when i cant see you. I mean i think i have some mental health issues and youre not really here..its just my head making up things....but if thats the case, i hope it gets severe...so you wont need to go." I sighs caressing her name

"I know its been 2 years and i still havent done my promise that ill be ok....its just hard to find a hotter girlfriend when you already found the hottest yknow?" I playfully says...if she's here she's already pouting moving my face away by her palm

"They always tell me time will heal everything...you proved them wrong. There's no healing in loosing you...it's just acceptance and moving forward. I still cant do any of it...but ill work on it, Maam...I miss you so much...i love you the most, Iyobuv moya" i smiled to myself

"Heyyy, youre late already. Oh, hey y/n! Any updates if there's a new natasha there?" Clint suddenly came with rogers making me roll my eyes as i wiped my tears

"Shut up" i chuckled as they helped me get up

"We'll go now..natasha loves you" steve stated reffering to y/n

"Goodbye, my love. I'll be back" i smiled while we three already walked our way where they parked the car.
