WINTER ISLAND, GRAND LINE.
With Sanji's and Nami's lives at stake,
Luffy carry them while climbing the rocky mountain in that horrible chilly weather. Because of the wind and the uneven eges, Luffy kept sliding down buy he manage to hold on to something and climb back.
His hands and fingers started bleeding but Luffy put all his might into carrying them to the top. Luffy successfully get them to the top and kneeled down infront of The huge castle where The Doctor lives.
"We're.....Here...." Luffy says breathing heavy and passed out,
Because of the slippery edge,
Luffy, Nami and Sanji slide towards the edge as they are all about to fall down from the cliff. But a big monster wearing a pink hat caught Luffy's hand, looking at him.
That Monster rescues the three of em and bring them inside the castle.
"He climb this mountain with his bare hands..? That's almost 3 miles sheer rocks to go up..
And his body is in the brink of the Frost bite, what was he thinking..?
Dressing like that for such a climb..?
Drew some hot water and throw him into it." The Old Doctor says to The Monster carrying Luffy, Nami and Sanji,
"But out of these three of em,
This girl is in more critical..
She's dying...
CHOPPER..! PREPARE THE MEDICINE AND EQUIPMENT TO OPERATE ON HER. She has an affection which is not of this island." Dr.Kureha says looking at Nami,
Suddenly Luffy grabbed Dr.Kureha 's hand with his bloody hand while shivering in cold.
"Please, No Matter What Happened..!
Save them, they are my friends.." Luffy says with tears as he passed out,
Chopper stand there with a surprised look, looking at Luffy and stunned by his words.
"I figured as much, Kid..!
Don't worry, I'll save them." Dr.Kureha says with a smile,
The Monster is happens to be The Old Doctor Kureha's personal assistant,
Turns out that monster is a doctor aswell. Kureha attend Sanji and Luffy while Her assistant monster Tony Tony Chopper attend Nami.
After a long while,
Nami slowly wakes up and looked around to see a small reindeer mixing ingredients with herbs.
"Am i seeing things..?
A Racoon Dog..?" Nami says slowly getting up with a moan and looked at Chopper,
Chopper freaked out as he ran hide behind the door.
"And you walk with two legs..?" Nami ask with a confused look,
"SHUT UP, LADY..!
And also, can you tell me how your fever's doing..?" Chopper ask still hiding behind the door,
"IT'S TALKING..?" Nami says screaming in shock,
Chopper freaked out of Nami's scream as he fall through some of the items nearby.
"Hehehehhe...
Your fever seems to be gone down a bit... Yes, it has gone sever degrees now, it should be fine now.." Dr.Kureha says feeling Nami's forehead,
"Who- Who are you..?" Nami ask in confusion,
"I'm the only doctor around here,
Name's Dr.Kureha, but you can call me Dr.Reen." Dr.Kureha says with a smirk drinking sake,
"WAIT, HOLD ON..!
LUFFY...! AND SANJI..!
ARE THEY..!" Nami says freaking out thinking about his crewmates,
"They're fine..!
They're sleeping in the room next to here, two little tough ones..
Anyway, your fever is caused by a bug named castia, it's a poisonous bug thrive in the jungle with humidity.
I heard they gone extinct 100 years ago given the constant changes in the climate of The Grand Line..
