Johnny may superficially ask about your tattoos, but he likely wouldn't care very much unless it appealed to him.
However, if you were to get a tattoo of his name, or let him carve his name/initials into you, he'd think it was hot as fuck.
Gotta remember, Johnny is narcissistic. He would likely forget whatever meaning you attributed to your tattoos, unless it was about him of course.
Tattoos that might appeal to him would likely be some combination of skulls, snakes, (female) vampires, and bladed weapons.
He'd be way more interested in scarification, and would likely be genuinely curious about your markings in that case.
But piercings are a different story👀
Johnny will absolutely 100% bite and/or tug on your piercings.
