Needless to say my weekend was horrible.

Over the past couple weeks, I had gotten so used to Tristan's company - and now it was gone. I texted him a couple times and he would send some reply that made it sound like he didn't really want to talk to me.

Over the phone - I never brought up the whole juvie thing. I planned to ask him in person - I just didn't know how or when.

On Monday, I got up and got ready. I was walking to the kitchen when I found Aaron.

"Good morning." he sang to me. I glared. Aaron handed me an apple.

"I'm not hungry." I mumbled.

"Don't make me shove it down your throat." Aaron said to me. That's what she said! I smiled at that thought.

"Teenagers." Aaron sighed when he realized why I was smirking.

"You have to be so careful what you say around them." he said to himself.

"Gotta go." I grabbed the apple from Aaron and turned to leave.

"Hanhan." he warned.

"What?" I turned around.

"Make some new friends." he said, giving me a knowing look.

"Please." he added - although it sounded more like a demand than a favor.

"Butt out." I yelled - closing the door behind me. I got into my car and drove to school. As I was stepping out of my car, another car pulled up next to me. I recognized it as Tristan's SUV. He pulled down the window.

"Get in." he said to me. I hesitated, then got my stuff out of my own car, locked the door behind me and got into Tristan's car.

"Hey." I said carefully.

"Sorry about this weekend." he said sincerely.

"My parent have been watching me way too closely." he said. I nodded in understanding.

"We're going to be late." I glanced at his car clock.

"Punctuality is overrated." he smiled.

"Alright then." I said with a smile, leaning back in the car share. My knee hit the glove compartment and it opened.

"Oh - my bad -" I stopped talking. I stared at what was in front of me. There were two large orange pill bottles.

"Tristan." I breathed, picking up one of the bottles. The name had been scratched off... So it obviously wasn't his. He tensed up next to me.

"I.. um... It's..." he struggled for an excuse. I held the bottle tight in my hand and turned to Tristan. I opened the bottle. There were a lot of pills. All different colors and different shapes and different sizes.

"Tristan it's like a fucking pharmacy." I spat angrily.

"Life's not easy for everyone Hannah." Tristan defended.

"The school caught you with pills!" I exclaimed. "How do you have so much?" I shook my head, shocked.

"I have my sources." Tristan said coldly. I shook my head. I took the two bottles in my hand and reached for the door handle to get out of the car. Tristan was faster.

He pressed the button by his arm and the door locked. I rolled my eyes and turned to him.

"Let me out." I demanded.

"What are you going to do?" he asked, anxiously.

"Save your life." I said confidently.

"You're just going to make everything worse. Don't be immature and tell on me." he argued.
