Diary of a Castaway

Chapter 10

     Ten years have passed since we fled.
     We tried to get Gerson to come with us, but he didn't want anything to do with the girl or us.

     I had to give up fishing and learn the job of shepherd, so as not to attract the attention of other fishermen and the story of the castaway who returned alive.
     Ruth and I had a girl we named Naomi and when they reached maturity, Isaac and Nuriel got married.

We live in a desert commune, where they never knew what happened in Egypt.
     My son and his wife are trying to find a child, but for some reason, they can't. Maybe it's because they are different? Ruth knows that she is like all women, so she doesn't understand how this is happening. People always point out her because of her different appearance and without having defects, the fact that she knows how to make a medicine that no one else knows how to make and that with the few resources, she does not have for everyone.
     The plants were lost forever, she only had the knowledge of normal ones left.

     God, I'm still waiting for your punishment for what I did, I still haven't forgotten it despite these years.
