Chapter 18

Xander pov :

i woke up feeling numb , today is very different it's a holiday and the house is quiet , no movement the way i like my morning to be . Asher and Ashton are out of town and Gabriel is visiting his grand-parents and here i am all alone the way it must be.

After getting showered and getting dressed i head outside leaving my phone in home cause i don't want anyone to know where i am , peace is all i feel , the first time in years the voices in my head agree on one thing with me and letting me enjoy it .

I head towards an abandon park that is outside the town i sit there enjoying the peace of the morning no sounds of people , no movement , no bullying , nothing at all like my life empty like this park . I sit there till it was afternoon , just sitting enjoying the silence , i laid there and closed my eyes feeling inner peace for the first time .

Ashton pov :

I woke up in the morning , i had work and it needs to be done , last night was the best night ever i have spent , it reminded me of the old days , i got up and got dressed and heading to work , i checked on Xander and he was still asleep , how much i missed him so much .

i got into my car heading towards my father building i have to get used saying father they are coming soon and i don't want any remarks , as i got into the building i head to the elevator , i reached my dad's office and i went through his files as i was going through his files my phone rang 

Unknown : Boss , your parents are meeting with a business family 

Ashton : which family ?

Unknown : The Collins , Boss . 

Ashton : keep an eye on them , and tell me what happens .

Unknown : yes , Boss  .

I end the phone call and continue to work i didn't know till when until Asher comes into the office 

Asher : hey man , you have been here for more than 7 hours , we need to be home soon , we left Xander all alone on his holiday . 

Ashton : OH MY GOD WE WHAT , WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME YOU KNOW I WAIT FOR A FREE DAY TO SPEND MORE TIME WITH MY BROTHER .

Asher : I know , i am sorry for not telling you i just found out from Gabriel that they had a holiday today .

Ashton : Why Xander didn't tell us ?

Asher : I think he forgot and he was asleep so we didn't know 

Ashton : Let's go now and try to spend what is left with him , oh god we are terrible brothers .  

Asher : Hey , don't beat yourself okay we were busy and we will make it up to him tonight okay .

Ashton : Okay , let's bring takeaway okay 

Asher : okay 

We brought the food and now we are heading home , as we parked our car , Xander's car was still in the garage , me and Asher looked at each other 

Asher : He didn't left the house at all today ? 

Ashton : I guess he wanted to stay indoors today .

Asher : I hope so . 

We entered the house and it was so quiet not the usual 

Ashton : Something is wrong .

Asher : yes .

XANDER , WE ARE HOME 

Ashton : i am going to check on him 

i started to worry he didn't do anything right , as i knock on his door i get no answer 

Ashton : Xander , are you asleep , i am getting in .

I get no reply , i entered his room and it was empty fear took over me 

Ashton : XANDER IS NOT IN HIS ROOM  , CALL 9-1-1 NOW ASHER
