I think the reason us humans usually hate ourselves the most in this world is because we spend a whole life with ourselves, but only get to witness parts of other peoples time on this planet.
We only see the good sides and enjoy the pretty sights of our surroundings.
But we are the ones that stare into the mirror everyday feeling like we look at a sunken ship.
We feel the warm sun rise above us when we glance at our friends, while the cold water dances around our bodys, trying to pull us further down.
But there are shiny fish beneath the water surface, smiling at us as they notice they aren't alone in the dark.
And the moment you realize the sun isn't from this world but the fish are, is the moment you'll find out that the warmth came from your heart, not from the rising sun.
