This is Dolores' childhood pet chao, Dulce. She is a fly type chao with a striking resemblance to Dolores' Team Ghoul uniform colors!
Dulce is quite energetic, like a child on candy, hence the name "Dulce" (or "Candy" in Spanish).
Dolores' family adores the little chao so much that they made her the family business' logo/mascot

• She inspired Team Ghoul's motif and Dolores' style as she grew up.
• Mild Spoiler: We're introduced to her in the first chapter of Spirits (a story I have yet to actually finish and write down)
• Dulce's name can also mean "sweet" or "gentle" in Spanish.
