"I love you as you are"
Means so little to me now
I wish there was a different way of saying it
Something along the lines of, "I will love you as you are" would fit a lot better.
Because it not like i wont love you if you change.
Ive seen my fair share of change,
Hell I've changed
And im better for it.
Or maybe worse, it's hard to tell.
It's growing pains.
Its unconditional
Im blessed, getting to see you blossom into this strong person. Ive never known a soul who Ive ever looked up to more.
My admiration runs so deep, too deep.
I feel sucked in, like a vortex.
Not only by you but by your past versions of you.
They coexist in my mind.
Pulling and pushing me.
I remember all of them, and they all have such loud voices.
I love every one of them.
I love them unconditionally.
Im not afraid of your change, or of mine.
Im no longer afraid at all anymore.
Im far too tired to be worried about silly things.
