The four heroes woke up at the exact same time from the voice calling in their head.

Fury looked at her cuffed hands and sighed. She began scanning the area, ignoring KF and his very one-sided conversation with Superboy.

I could use my enhanced strength to break these bonds, but... Fury looked at her team and sighed. Aqualad, the only one with strength that came from a similar background as her, was on par with her strength.

She looked at Robin, which made her notice the small lock-picking tool that was coming from Robin's glove. He was easily and subtly working at his bonds.

Right, I have a lock picker as well! Perfect, Fury thought and activated her lock pick.

Dr. Desmond walked in along with his assistant and Guardian.

"Activate the cloning process," Desmond ordered and the assisstant set off to work.

"Pass. Batcave's crowded enough," Robin said.

"There is literally just you, Batman, Agent A and me. But, two hundred dollars Batman adopts a kid when you're older," Fury said and Robin nodded at her with a smirk.

"Is now the time to be placing bets?" KF asked, which earned him two Bat-protégés to look at him with an raised eyebrow. KF shrank, back then they all turned to see Desmond beign, well, rude.

"See, you're not a real boy. You're a weapon. And you belong to me. Well, to Cadmus. Same thing," Desmond said angrily. "Now get back to your pod!"

"So, you're telling me that you're gonna let no-name-doctor boss you around just because you're a clone in his workplace. You may be a clone, but you're also a person with emotions and a brain. You can speak, think, read and write like a person, so why are you letting someone control you?" Fury asked loudly, causing Superboy to hesitate then continue.

Fury sighed, still working on the cuffs when she was shocked by the lightning and blood being drawn out of her.

Robin, KF and Aqualad were yelling, but Fury was griiting her teeth and resisting the urge of exploding the water tank nearby.

A minute later and it stopped because Superboy just broke down the doors and entered. That was when Fury jumped down as well, groaning.

"Ugh, finally," she said as she stood straight and a second later Robin was next to her.

"Lucky Batman isn't here. He'd have our heads for taking so long," Robin added.

Fury went and pressed a button on the control panel, then watched as Robin and Superboy both went to help KF and Aqualad.

"Your dagger!" Superboy tossed it to her just before he jumped to help Aqualad. Fury nodded and then slashed at the control panel.

She then ran to the door, the four boys following her.

The all left, with Robin making a comment about someone not being "whelmed" and throwing some birdarangs that detonated after making impact with the sphered that held their blood.

They escaped when suddenly, their path was blocked by many genomorphs of multiple sizes.

Superboy immediately started attacking the giant ones, and he finished four of them.

The group of 5 reached the leveator doors and Aqualad pried them apart, which means he shoved them to the side and they broke.

Robin and Fury shot their grappling hooks, both rising. Kid Flash had jumped onto a ledge. Superboy had held onto Aqualad and jumped.
