"Those wishing to join the inquisitorial squad for extra credit may sign up in the high inquisitor's office." I read the new sign Filch hang on the huge wall of rules and massages from Umbridge.

Everyday she adds another thing.

I walk to the Slytherin common room and walk in the door to the boys' dorm.

"Have you seen the new sign?" I ask all of them as I sit down on the sofa beside Dray.

"Yeah, we have." Enzo replies.

"She is bloody obsessive over these rules, ain't she?" Mattheo scoffs.

"I was actually thinking of joining that." I look at Dray in shock. I can't believe he'll do that. I can't believe he is even thinking of joining her, I can't believe he'll do that to me.

"What? Why?" I exclaim.

"I want extra credit. And besides, I think it's a good thing. I'll just help to catch people who break the rules. I'm a prefect anyways, it's not that different." I roll my eyes at his explanation.

"It is that different. It's Umbridge." I argue.

"Yeah, mate. We're most of the people who break the rules, will you help her catch us?" Theo asks.

"You're no exception, Nott." Draco replies to him.

"Will you help her catch me? Dray, she hates me." I feel sad looking at him, I'm disappointed in him.

"Sorry, love. I really want to do it." He argues with me.

"Dray, she is awful. Please don't. She tortures kids, you can't possibly think what she does is good." I see the harshness in his face, and it hurts me.

"I do think it's good. It's not going to hurt you in any way-"

I cut him off, "it is, Draco. It will hurt me. It will hurt all of us. Please, don't do it." I beg him.

"I'll do whatever I want! It's my life." He raises his voice at me.

"But it effects my life too!" I argue.

"Well, I'm doing it." He states.

My heart sinks. Sometimes he feels like a totally different person.

"Fine. I'm leaving."
