Good or Evil?

Chapter 5

At Night:

- I still think this dinner is not a good ideia - Valerie says

- and why not? - Draco askys while cooking brownies

- Because it's a bit strange that after we went on vacation, they decided too, and worst of all, they all came to the same place as us, where only few people know - Valerie says

- Well, I only think they want to be friends to us. Scorpius is happy, so am I. You know that I would do anything for him - Draco says

- I know that, but it doesn't stop being strange, especially Harry Potter. He wants to unite the families and is okay with Albus and Scorpius' friendship - Valerie says

- I just think he learned his lesson from the last time he separated them - Draco says

- This part may make sense, but something is going on and I'm going to find out - Valerie says while going to sit at the sofa and takes the journal that was on a little table in front of the sofa, to read.

- Not again! - Valerie sighs

- What is it? - Draco says

- It's the same thing as always. Another person was victim of a possible animal attack. He was found with two marks on his neck - Valerie says

- Wow. That's terrible. But don't surprise me. Many animals are very dangerous and we need to be smart around them - Draco says

- But, that's the problem. There were only two points of a mark on his neck. If it were an animal, he would have bite marks or scratches all over his body - Valerie says

- You may have a point. So, what? Are you suspicious of something? - Draco says

- Yes! These cases are smelling something made by one of the things I hate to hunt the most: Vampires! --- Valerie says

-  Vampires? I always thought they were legend - Draco says

- But think again, honey. If werewolfs exist, why not vampires? - Valerie asks

- You are right, but at least we are protected against them in the morning.  We just have to think about something that can protect us or kill them once for all - Draco says

- It's not that simple. If they are muggles, it's more easy to use a stake. But, in case we are talking about wizards vampires, the situation turns a lot more difficult - Valerie says

- But, aren't you a hunter? You should be more aware about this things. With your knowledge, we could prevent more deaths from happening - Draco says while still cooking.

- Perhaps - Valerie says. Then she smells the brownies that are being cooked by Draco.

- How much longer it's gonna be ready. You made us walk all day around the muggle world in order to find these brownies. I'm tired, hungry and impatient. It's already bad enough that we have to go to that stupid dinner.

Could hurry up a little bit? - Valerie asks

- Have you never heard that the rush is the enemy of perfection? Try to be more patient, please. Scorpius is till preparing himself - Draco says

-  I'm ready, guys! - Scorpius says entering the living room.

- Well, I guess that we all are ready to go, right? Much earlier we go, much earlier we come back - Valerie says

- What did I do to deserve this? - Draco sighs
