It's been a while but what's the point?
Can anyone truly answer that question?
No, no you can't. No...you really can't
You can come up with reasons,
Is it really just to argue, divide, and defend?
You may have dreams, you may have life
But why?
You may want money, you may want fame
But why?
You may want to connect, to understand
But why?
You may have problems, you may have critics.
Why do you care?
Nothing, and I mean nothing, matters.
To you, it might
But why?
Popularity, intelligence, maturity,
why the fuck should I care?
We're all clueless bags of meat
in the same world, the same universe.
God, Satan, Zeus, Ra, fucking Jesus?
What in the shit is all that?
What is space? What is dark matter?
How the fuck do we know anything about that shit?
Telescopes? Theories?
No one is above anyone, your IQ doesn't mean shit,
your college degree is a waste of resources,
your political stance means nothing.
It's all the same corrupt system and it's bullshit!
Regardless, we will continue to live.
I don't know why but hey,
we can figure out nothing together.
