Penny blushed. "Yeah, I uh, think you're cute.."
Alberto popped his knuckles.
"You think I'm cute..?" He trembled. "Like actually?"
Penny nodded. "I've liked you for a couple of days now. There's something about you that lights a fire in my heart....you know?" She shrugged.
Albertos' mouth gaped open. He didn't expect this.
Penny giggled. She was amused by how much Alberto was blushing. She knew that he liked her back.
"So uh..." Penny asked, "do you want to be my boyfriend?"
Alberto sat in silence, thinking about what to say.
"Sure," Alberto answered, his eyes glistening in the light.
Penny was fulfilled with joy. She had never been accepted before. She lost focus, trying to comprehend what had happened.
Just then, Alberto kissed her on the cheek. Penny broke out of her daydream and blushed. Penny kissed him on the cheek in return, and the two gave each other a warming hug.
Alberto then kissed Penny again, holding her tight.
