I will walk with you on uneven roads

I go, through fog and starless nights.
I can be your guiding light and you
can be mine and if you are walking blind
I will hold your hand.
I will hold your hand on paved roads, rocky trails
in fast-streaming rivers. When you go up
and you're burning, I will push and pull you
carry, be your stepping stone when your legs
have lost their strength. If you can't do it alone
you can lean on me.
You can lean on me when you're looking
at the mountains and you can't go up.
When you can't climb, I will remind you
that only seeing is enough and roads that go up
go down again, so don't always go up, but always
I will walk with you.
