A year has gone by already. Time sped like seconds. The team and I are about to meet the Royal family. We saved them, and as a reward, we are invited into their home.
The team has really changed their looks. Master Wu has gone missing. And Y/n is nowhere to be found. Jay and Nya finally started to date. Only if Y/n would be able to see them. She'd be so happy.
"Wow, a real castle! Look at it!" Jay yelled in excitement
"Now remember we are here as quests," I reminded Jay
We walked into the throne room to see the emperor, the empress, and the jade princess.
"I present to you the exalted Emperor and Empress of Ninjago and their daughters, the Jade Princesses Princess Harumi," said Hutchins, their gaurd
"We are honored by your presence." Said the emperor, the royal family bowing to us
"The honor is all ours," Lloyd responded
"I have read much about you. Your heroics will surely become legend." Said Harumi
Kai, the hothead who acts without question. Cole, the rock and foundation of the team. Jay, the joker whose mouth is as fast as lightning. Zane, the cold and calculating android."
"Nindroid, your highness," Zane corrected Harumi
"Nya," Harumi said but paused. "The girl I've wanted to be ever since I first heard about her. With her mastery of water and her skill that could rival any master."
Nya smiled. "I like her,"
"And Master Lloyd, the Green Ninja. The youngest but most powerful protector. The chosen one. I, too, have lost my parents..." Harumi informed me
"Uh, heh?" Jay asked in confusion
"But we're both without family, hm?" Said Harumi
"We adopted Harumi and raised her as our own." Said the empress
"When her parents passed away." Said the emperor
'Thank you for inviting us into your home." I thanked the royal family
"It wasn't us. It was our daughter." Said the emperor
"And she would like you to stay with us until the threat to our throne is over." The empress informed us
"These are troubling times, and as long as we have an Oni Mask, we fear our lives are in jeopardy." Said the emperor
"The masks must never be reunited. Please say yes." Harumi pleaded nicely
"Then you have our help." I said agreeing with her
"Great. Then Mr. Hutchins can show you the palace." Sais Harumi
We started to walk out but the empress started to talk again
"Tomorrow night is the masquerade ball. It would be lovely if all of you attended" The Empress informed us
"We'd be honored your majesty" I said bowing
(I was gonna end here but this part is for fun)
Jay: Mm. Mm. Are you sure you don't want any? This cake is delicious.
Cole: Ah. My body is a temple.
Jay: Well, the buffet is clear of any threats. And they're out of baloney.
Zane: Can we discuss now what is a "party pooper?"
Cole: (Groans.) Jay's upset I'm the responsible one. With Master Wu gone, someone has to keep us in check.
Zane: In that case, you are correct. You are responsible. It is nice to have a pooper at the party. (Jay laughs but Cole groans.)
