~ kendra has everything planned and even makes a whole schedule so no one can forget what they have to do (the sorenson family has really bad memory when it comes to chores). however, the only person who trully supports her plans and also tries to keep everyting done in order is ruth. warren, seth and stan either don't help at all or cause chaos while helping and vanessa is too annoyed by the christmas atmosphere.
~ vanessa in general doesn't really enjoy christmas not only because she doesn't believe in god, but she also hates the anxiety and discord of preparations to this holiday. everyone is stressed and it's really hard for her to still be nice and not explode with anger. van is really trying to be a better person and deal with the anger issues she had when she was young.
~ warren constantly makes christmas puns and really bad jokes and bracken still doesn't understand them.
~ like any self-respecting family sorensons watch kevin every year but they can never decide which one to watch.
~ kendra prefers kevin home alone and seth likes the second movie more.
