No one is perfect, perfection is only for God.
When you see a feminine or masculine trying to be good at being Muslims, know that just like you see ants you're seeing them. What's the point of judging, how you are wearing it is not how it is wearable but instead the correct way is the way your perception is.
Know that God gave everyone of his servants eyes, senses, tastes, hearing sights.
All that exists in you also exists in the other person aswell. Despite your judgements for the people whose efforts in religion are for God's sake, if there was an ant you can see with your eyes trying to be better than other ants in the sight of God would you like to judge it? You would say it's probably their matter not mine, your eyes can't even easily reach them because of not looking on the ground for the ants but to look where on soil your feet is now going to stand up.
This is understandable because what will you do if you look for ants in the soil or your feet, if you look at your feet it will be important for you in some ways for example somewhere soil is too dirty to stand on it, and somewhere the soil is not a balance to stand on your foot's bones can get stuck and it will be a big trouble for you to walk when your foot hurts.
But is it beneficial to look for ants, how they're crawling, are they crawling in correct way or wrong? Are they going into the right direction or they're lost.
It's none of your business. Just like you don't think it's necessary to talk on ants you should not talk about other person who is not even trying to impress you but trying to seek pleasure from God, which obligatory on all of us. But some take it as their duty and others take it as their priority or priority in their love list.
Let them go and do not include yourself trying to judge them, you're interfering with someone who is not even associating you with their personal matters.
You should give a thought on your self respect being hurt in this situation, they don't include you in their personal matters and you still show concern and go in vulnerabilities trying to tell them how they're so wrong with trying to be better in Islam.
Depends on your relationship with them but you are not specified in the place of their hearts, you're still not where they place God in their hearts. You will never be on that place in their hearts.
You should be humble and support them in trying to be better and forgive their past.
