Have you ever been at a place where you felt so empty but couldn't say it to anyone, because the way you're familiar with your pain, people can't get that familiar.
If you do the job on site and you're a girl who's going through cramps pain, that goes extreme sometimes and she still manages to be so quiet while she deals with it, pressing, stretching her hands.
The person beside her will never be able to assume that unless they are being told.
There are a lot of feelings we carry within ourselves but are so quiet when someone asks about those feelings or even if a gathering discusses them, that person, who is familiar with those feelings, goes so quiet, like they don't even have anything to talk about.
It is not even the right topic to ask from them if you know someone like this, it's easy getting it out of the mouth but hard to swallow those feelings that come with it.
It can trigger and, until the person feels a stroke while drinking water, because the hearts literally go through a lot and they're always not best to discuss it with the world. Many people are out there holding a lot in their heart, but hearts are not like minds to discuss fluently without stuttering so when a heart speak, she misplaces words, cries, hopes again for the impossible ruins the person vulnerably, that they get ashamed of sharing it in the first place.
This is why in Urdu they say if you love someone, you must dig a graveyard in your heart to bury their wrongdoings and forgive them for breaking you down so hard that it makes you like a silent sea during the sunset, carrying memories, while the hope (sun) sets.
They can forget those feelings, they word but, not the unspoken feelings.
So they carry those feelings wherever they go and think of it whenever they're alone and authentically bare face, when they don't have to grab no mask or personality since they're just themselves.
Life goes on the unspoken feelings are only for the hearts to hold and for the world, a peaceful silence that's not triggering but just like the sounds of waves, so peaceful and continuously reminding the presence through sea-shores..
