Author's pov

The sun hung high in the sky. The screeching hot rays almost burnt everyone alive. Everyone at the set was tied up by their very own responsibilities.

The place was definitely not peaceful. Chunters,yells and tension revabrated in the air. Despite all the chaos, Kian had managed to find peace just by staring at his lady love.

Three weeks have passed since the shoot began and Kian doesn't miss a mere chance to visit the location hoping to spend some time with Ruanika.

On the other hand, Ruanika was working her ass off. It was a must for her to be regular to shoot as a script supervisor.

Ruanika would arrive early at the set and leave late at night. Sometimes she had to stay back the whole night too.

The white clouds slowly transformed into gray and droplets of rain had started to drizzle. Soon it turned heavy causing the shoot to pause.

Ruanika rushed under one of the tents joining others. Drenched in rain, she cursed herself for wearing a see through top.

ell, Bengaluru’s weather remains to be the most unpredictable after all. “Guys, how about some cha (tea) ?” Kai asked.

“Order some bajji too. It's the best combination in this weather.” Sania adds.

Taking his phone out, Kai orders them which were delivered in fifteen minutes.

“Ruanika, you fine? Is something bothering you?” Sania asks, taking a bite off her bajji.

“Physically? No. Mentally? Hell yes. All the work is burning me out. I wish I could just disappear for a few weeks.” Ruanika whines, sipping on her cha.

“Well this is life Ruanika. Plus you signed up for it so baer with it.” Kian comments.

“Asshole, stop ruining the mood will you?” Ruanika snaps at him. “Well you-”
