Smoke. There was a lot of smoke. Sakura had been fighting an evil version of her lover before he engulfed her using a smoke bomb. She had seen another Tomas use this technique before he killed his opponent. He used his own weapon to slice off their limbs and half of their head before kicking it off. It was very brutal and now he meant to use it on her. She gripped her dagger as she listened to his ominous laugh. It wasn't as if she faced death before. She had and she would do so again with a smile. Every last woman in her family line did so. She would be no different.

Sakura stood up straight and watched for movement in the smoke. Yet, none was to be seen. Smoke wasn't the kind of warrior to leave a dangerous opponent alive. Her lover, before they had started courting, had just about ended her because she was so dangerous in kombat. Though, obviously, that had since changed once he knew that they weren't enemies. The young woman suppressed a sigh. This Smoke was obviously toying with her. He would have, and should have, killed her right away and didn't. Why?

The young woman made a quick maneuver to dodge her opponent's weapon. It came back at her several more times before her opponent made himself known. This Smoke wore some dark armor and a hood. An ominous, dark glow around his body gave him an even darker look. If looks could kill.

The two warriors circled each other slowly, waiting to see who would pounce first. It took only a split second before the smoke-user made the first move.

"I will always prefer the original Smoke."

Sakura's opponent was face down and unconscious. She didn't have time to kill him. She had to hurry to find the Smoke of this timeline before he got himself killed. She couldn't lose him. Not so soon now that she found happiness with him. The young woman immediately dashed off.

A groan escaped from the prone figure on the ground. Dark Smoke slowly sat up, trying to re-orient himself. He allowed a dark chuckle to leave his lips as he recalled the fight. She was just as how he remembered her.

"My little spitfire."
