Sakura felt flushed and excited all at once as the silver-haired warrior worshipped her nude body. It surprised her at how tender and sweet he was. The man was so big and intimidating. He could crush her neck with one hand if he wanted to. Instead, he was on his knees and taking his time pleasuring her. She loved how his lips kissed her skin and how he caressed her. Her body started to become overheated at all of these new sensations.

"S...S...Smoke..."

"Sweet princess."

The young woman let his silver tresses wind around her fingers. There was something so familiar about this whole scenario. It was like they had met each other in another life. Even his nickname for her sounded familiar. She listened to him speaking quietly in his native tongue against her belly. There was something seductive about a man singing his praises in a different language. It sent pleasurable shivers up her spine.

Gray eyes looked up at her and silently asked for permission to take things further. She threw her leg over his shoulder as her answer. She was going to do this.

Sakura had to bite her arm to keep herself from crying out as she hit her peak. She could feel Smoke licking and sucking at her like he was a parched man, her slick getting all over his face. It was all too much for her to take! Her legs began to buckle, but her new lover caught her. Her mind was clouded with pleasure.

"Oh, sweet Elder gods." She muttered. "That was..."

In her sex-induced haze, she hadn't realized that Smoke had picked her up to move her to her bed. It was only when he put her down and spoke to her that she snapped to attention. Her face turned blood red when she saw Smoke hovering over her. Gods, he was beautiful! Her mind didn't get beyond that particular thought when she saw just how...well-endowed he was down below.

"Are you sure?" Smoke asked.

"I'm sure."

Sakura's breath caught when he slowly pushed into her heat, slowly opening her up. She quickly wrapped her arms around his neck, her fingers finding his silver hair once more. Her walls stretched out, almost uncomfortably, to accommodate her lover. She could feel a slight burning sensation the further inside he went. Smoke swore in Czech before stopping. He pressed a gentle kiss upon her forehead, quietly checking on her.

"Smoke, please," She begged.

They began to rock together.

27 Years later...

Sakura just could not look Scorpion in the eye, nor would she ever forgive him. After what he did, he did not deserve such attention. Just when she thought she was in reach of saving Smoke's soul from the Netherrealm, the former wraith came to the Special Forces base to kill Quan Chi. Without the sorcerer, her lover's soul was doomed to an eternity of being an undead warrior. She very nearly turned her own rage upon his killer if it hadn't been for her son to put an end to it.

Her handsome son. Smoke's son, Marek. Sakura had felt that it wouldn't be right if their son didn't have a Slavic name. He had inherited most of his father's qualities, such as his long, silver hair. He was just as large and intimidating, like Smoke. He even had a slight accent. The young man did inherit his mother's violet eyes and pale skin. He also had a kind heart.

"I'll handle everything, mother." He had said.

Her boy had handled the Shirai Ryu by himself and helped release their captive comrades when Shinnok escaped his prison. She had never been so proud of Marek at that moment. She was proud enough that she had to choke her anger back. Unfortunately, Shinnok picked up on her anger and tried to tempt her to the Netherrealm.

"Do you not wish to have your revenge on Scorpion?" The fallen Elder God asked. "He did condemn your lover's soul to an eternal damnation."

The Special Forces came to her defense and forced him away.

Since that day, Sakura had refused to make contact with Scorpion or Sub-Zero. She knew that the Lin Kuei Grandmaster had been friends with Smoke and just knowing that just made her heart hurt even more. She cared nothing for the reparations that were being made to her and Marek. Nor did she care for the extra security that surrounded her. She couldn't stand how they were treating her like she was fragile. Maybe she was.

Her thoughts then turned very dark. Perhaps she should have surrendered to Shinnok and gone to the Netherrealm. Her soul was already tormented. What was another eternity of suffering? Smoke was gone, replaced by a demon. Sakura took a deep breath and shook herself out of that mindset, ashamed that she even thought that. Ever since she gave birth to Marek, her life had felt a little lighter. Just seeing Smoke in him had made things a bit better.

"Mother?"

Marek entered her room. Her baby boy and her only child. Just seeing him put her at ease. He was her ray of light. Sakura smiled and reached out for him.
