Right after Takashi had to go back home to Fukuoka to recover from his cancer condition as he had some letter for Hinano to take care of his sister from she will miss him that much since he is not here by her side.
Hinano: wait...I think I got his message from LINE message and can I read out loud what he wrote down
Morita: sure please Hinano please read them out loud and I want to know what he has to say to me
Hinano: sure I will read you the message from the LINE message
While Hinano was opening the LINE message everyone was here with them as they were waiting for Hinano to read the message from her phone she had to speak out Morita's reaction suddenly changed from worried to surprised as her face thought that he had something didn't tell her the truth behind his sickness as he got his cancer back again as he just left the house to went for Fukuoka where they were going to recover his cancer.
Morita: nii-chan why did you have to lie to me just because you had some cancer wait is that bad news
Takemoto: it is Morita he had to leave you since he had his cancer once back again in his body
Tamura: I'm sorry for you to know that way Morita but I think Takashi senpai has some reasons why he was doing there some other reason for himself
Meanwhile, back in Fukuoka their hometown as he was back at his Mansion house someone here had to take care of him as he needed to recover from full cancer treatment to meet with his sister back at the Sakura House.
Yumiko: please stay still let me recover your cancer back as you can visit your sister at the house

A few hours later right after Takashi had left the Sakura house he was called by Seki Yumiko for some help with his condition where he had land down to the Fukuoka airport plane landing as she had her car prepared for him to go back to the Mansion house together with her.
Takashi: I do remember now but why are you doing this to me, Seki
Yumiko: just because I got a reply message from Hinano back from LINE message saying that I will take good care of you
Takashi: wait...Hinano was saying that to you right before I sent her that message from the LINE chat
Later Seki Yumiko nodded at Takashi Senpai as she started to take care of him since his cancer was about to fall into some kind of disease that wouldn't recover much faster than usual self.
Takashi: we'll Seki see you from the other side while I fall into deep sleep inside this machine bed

In the meantime, Yumiko had to close his room back inside the Mansion house while there have someone had to call back home to see that someone there was taking care of him they didn't know that Seki Yumiko was back to take care of Morita Hikaru's brother back at Fukuoka their hometown.
Hinano: Morita there is someone who wants to talk to you back at the LINE video chat could I turn on the volume up to half volume
Morita: sure of course Hinano please and I want to see his face while someone here is taking care of him beside you had someone here that you hired to take care of nii-chan
Yumiko: hello...Morita, it's me Seki Yumiko I was here to take care of your brother who had called me to take care of him back at his Mansion house since he owns his life to you Morita
Out of the blue, Seki Yumiko had to see that every one of the Sakurazaka46 member idols could see that the person who was talking to them was a former member from the last member who had graduated from the idol since the 3rd gen member remembered that she had graduated from the idol.

Kojima: thanks again Seki for taking care of Takashi senpai but once he has fully recovered from his condition just reply to Hinano's LINE message
When Yumiko ended the LINE video chat from the Sakurazaka46 member idol Hinano was seeing Morita her girlfriend waiting for her to try and speak to her about what she said to me right before Takashi Senpai had his condition some surgery treatment inside the hospital room back at the Mansion house.
Morita: Hinano please tell me the full details about the nii-chan condition so do you Tamura
Tamura: sure of course I will answer your question but the rest is Hinano will answer your questions
Hinano: I'm sorry that I lie to you about Takashi not recover his condition I mean his cancer was back again
Right before Morita heard that Takashi had his cancer back again she could feel that pain inside her chest saying that he had no time left to live again together with her side as he would die soon than they were thinking about his condition.
Morita: Hinano I'm scared of losing him once again and I thought he was okay but no he wasn't okay since I met him back at the Sakura House
Hinano: no it wasn't okay Morita but the truth is he cared about you so much until he didn't realise that his cancer was back again
Kojima: Takashi senpai had promised us to stay you calm down and don't worry about his condition health much as you want him to return here together with you
About a month later Takashi Hikaru wasn't there on Morita's side as everyone here was still waiting for him to recover from his cancer but they didn't know that Takashi had a few months to stay alive once it was done he would die pretty soon.
