Chapter 2

Hannah's pov
I wake up in the middle of the night with a sheet wrapped around me but I don't see lip I get up put fresh underwear and shorts and a tank top on. I then see lip kissing Mandy on top of the counter no one else in the kitchen I gasp a little but they didn't hear I quietly go back upstairs and I hear the front door shut I quickly lay back in bed and act like nothing happened . I then hear the room door open and I see lip he lays beside me we fall asleep.
The next day I get up from bed since I'm the first one up I go to the bathroom take a shower and brush my teeth I then I put my underwear on and bra on then I get in my outfit .

I go downstairs to see lip in the kitchen I roll my eyes he still doesn't know I saw him and Mandy making out he goes up to me and wraps his arms around my waist. I push him off he looks confused "what's your problem?" He asks I look at him with tears in my eyes .

"Are you serious right now lip !" I yell at him and he leans against the island and looks at me "oh here we go what did I do now ?! " he yells back I jump a little . "I saw you and Mandy last night making out on that very island your leaning on dick head " I say he looks at me shocked I just stare waiting for another lie.

"It wasn't what it looked like ?" He says in a question because he got caught I slap him I go outside and decide to ride the train I lean against the window with earbuds on and look outside stressed.

I feel someone sit next to me I look beside me "hi mind if I sit here ?" The guy asks "I mean you already are so " I say he chuckles a little . "Humor i like it ." He says I look out the window "um I'm Jake "he says I feel him holding his hand out I look over down at his hand and look back out the window he pulls his arm back to his side . "Do you want to talk about it ?" He asks I look at him and shrug the train stops he grabs onto me "come on let's go " he says I walk with him in a cafe I sit down across from him we talk . "So tell me this agin your off and on boyfriend cheated on you with a girl that used to be your best friend ?" He asks confused.

I nod my head "yes and then I confront him and all he could say the usual as if it was a question because he got caught" I say .

He nods his head "I mean fuck him I don't even know him and I can't stand him " he says I smile a little and laugh . We sit there and talk about our lives how his parents abandoned him and he lives three houses down from the Gallagher's and how he saw Mandy last night leave I get a text from lip I sigh and roll my eyes .

He sees the text
"When he texts me this I usually get up and drop everything for him but he never does it for me ." I say and look down Jake takes my phone and texts him I look at what he's texting

Hannah:maybe it's best to give each other space....
I look at him and smile at him he turns my phone off "now wanna tell me your name?" He asks I smile like I haven't in a while I put my hand out "I'm Hannah Hannah lindon " I say he smiles "beautiful name Hannah you don't deserve a guy treating you like that " he says and shakes my hand. And that had me thinking why am I so damn happy right now lip cheated but something with Jake feels right .

And like that we have a new character
