"What are you doing here?" I yelled at Gabriela
"Is it a crime to visit my boyfriend?"
"I'm not your damn boyfriend. What don't you understand in it's over between us?" I yelled
"It's not over until I say it is"
"You're crazy"
"Yeah, crazy about you" she smirked
"I'm gonna need you and your craziness to leave my house right now or else I'm going to get you arrested"
"So that's how it is huh? you are abandoning me for some tramp"
"Shut up, Dahlia is not some tramp. She's the smartest, prettiest, most amazing I've ever met. She's everything you'll never be"
"This is not over. You will be mine once more darling" she winked and walked out of the door
"Jude, what were you thinking when you asked her out?" I asked myself
I lay on my bed, thinking about Dahila and how I'm going to explain everything to her. She probably thinks I'm playing with her feelings, all thanks to that psycho Gabriela but wait a second, wasn't she with Jobe just yesterday? Maybe that's why she didn't seem upset, because she's with Jobe.
"What's got you all depressed?" Jobe interrupted my train of thoughts
"Just leave me alone Jobe. I'm not in the mood to argue with you"
"Come on, you can talk to me" he insisted
"No, thank you"
"If you're still angry about the whole Dahlia situation just know that, I don't like her like that anymore" he announced
"You don't?"
"Yeah, I realised that the crush I had on her was just toxic obsession and subconsciously I liked the fact that she didn't like me back because emotionally I was unavailable, besides Dahlia clearly likes you and wouldn't choose me whatever the circumstances may be" he sighed
"She doesn't like you?" I asked confused
"Haven't you been listening?" he rolled his eyes
"Then why were you at the park together last night?"
"I was going to clear my head when I found her already sitting on a bench and we ended up just talking. And how do you know that we were at the park last night?" he raised a brow
"So there's nothing going on between you two?" I asked starting to get excited
"Bro, the girl is head over heels with you and the fact that you don't see how much she likes you is crazy"
My heart skipped a beat at Jobe's words...Dahlia liked me too!!!
"I've got to go" I said and ran out of the house leaving Jobe looking confused
I ran to Dahlia's campus and finally got to her room, I started knocking like craxy. No response. I continued knocking but still no response. Suddenly a familiar looking girl screamed at me
"Hey, some of us are trying to meditate". It was the girl who was with Dahlia in the cafe.
"I'm so sorry but do you happen to know where Dahlia is. I really need to talk to her"
"I'm sorry but Dahlia boarded the plane back home a few hours ago"
