After Fourze's arrival, the Dekarangers take him to base for questioning. And, this is what they found.
Swan: "Gentaro Kisaragi, AKA, Kamen Rider Fourze. He says he wants to befriend everyone in the universe. With his powers of Cosmic Energy, he fights the Zodiarts, beings with Cosmic Energy who want to take over the universe."
Gentaro: "Well, the Swan lady's right. Since I'm not a bad guy, It's decided! You, and the entire Space Police, are going to be my friends!"
Ban: "Huh?!"
Stunned by Gentaro's response, the Dekarangers don't know if they can trust him or take him out.
Meanwhile, at the Galactic Union base, Gavan AKA Geki Jumonji receives information about an artifact called the "Gingadriver" which was said to be the power source of Kamen Rider Ginga.
Shelly: "Wait, what's a Kamen Rider?"
Geki: "Come to think of it; I've met one before."
Then, Genmaku, a coalition of space villains under Prophet Fumein, welcomes their new member, Ophiuchus Zodiarts, and his partner, Kamen Rider Ginga.
