"What?"

"Oh, yes", he grinned like the meal had been served to him, "The last of the Time Lords in his travelling machine. Oh, with his little human girls from long ago."

"You don't know what you're talking about", the Doctor kept a straight face.

"Time travel."

"Someone's been telling you lies."

"Young master Adam Mitchell?", he stepped aside for them to look at the holo-screen showing Adam on the dentist's chair, with a door in his head opened, just like Cathica's, just he seemed to be in pain.

"Oh, my God. His head", Rose was terrified.

"What the hell's he done?", Winnie and the Doctor chorused. She looked at him surprised that they'd talked like this so naturally and he continued alone, "What the hell's he gone and done? They're reading his mind. He's telling them everything."

"And through him, I know everything about you. Every piece of information in his head is now mine. And you have infinite knowledge, Doctor. The Human Empire is tiny compared to what you've seen in your T A R D I S. Tardis."

"Well, you'll never get your hands on it. I'll die first."

"Die all you like. I don't need you. I've got the key."

On the screen the Tardis key floated out of Adam's pocket in front of his face.

"Rosie", Winnie scolded her sister.

"You and your boyfriends", the Doctor was even angrier.

"Today, we are the headlines. We can rewrite history. We could prevent mankind from ever developing."

"And no one's going to stop you because you've bred a human race that doesn't bother to ask questions", he spoke louder now and Winnie knew exactly why, although the man was obliviously proud, "Stupid little slaves, believing every lie. They'll just trot right into the slaughter house if they're told it's made of gold."

"What's happening?", something must've been going wrong as the man now looked over his staff's shoulder, trying to figure out what was wrong. The Doctor's message must've landed, "Someone's disengaging safety. Who's that?"

He called up an image of the dentist's chair on Floor five hundred on the holo monitor and Rose called out what she saw, "It's Cathica!"

"And she's thinking", the Doctor grinned, "She's using what she knows."

"Terminate her access", the man told Suki.

"Everything I told her about Satellite Five. The pipes, the filters, she's reversing it. Look a that", ice around them started to melt and water droplets dropped on them, "It's getting hot."

"I said, terminate", the man shouted at Suki, "Burn out her mind."

The consoles sparked and exploded, causing the zombies to collapse. Alarms sounded and Rose's manacles loosened so she got out. She immediately started pulling on Winnie's.

"She's venting the heat up here", the Doctor analysed, "The Jagrafess needs to stay cool and now it's sitting on top of a volcano."

Max growled and the man took Suki's seat, "Yes, I'm trying, sir, but I don't know how she did it. It's impossible. A member of staff with an idea."

Rose fished the sonic from the Doctor's pocket, "What do I do?"

"The button on the side", Winnie told her, "Wait, no, turn the head a bit first. Perfect. Now, the button on the side."

Rose held the sonic up to her manacles, opening them, and then handed the sonic to Winnie to take care of the Doctor's.

"Oi, mate, want to bank on a certainty? Massive heat in a massive body - massive bang. See you in the headlines!"
