Akshita's pov
I smiled at my reflection dressed in a yellow suit perfect for today's birthday dinner.
Today you can't escape Mr Aditya.
Strolling towards the garden, my eyes flickered around the embellished garden and everything looked impeccable.
It was my plan to arrange a birthday dinner consisting my family and in-laws.
Ishan informed me about Aditya's arrival and sure they must be coming soon.
"Yayy birthday boy is here" I hugged my brother.
"You look damn handsome" his lips formed a smirk at my compliment.
"You look okay-ish too" he tsked to earn a slap on his chest from me.
"Aksh your inlaws are here" Niharika came running towards us.
On a cue my in laws entered with in a minutes. My eyes fixated on my husband who looked anywhere but me. He was looking hot in white shirt and the shirt perfectly hugged his body. Breaking chain of my thoughts to my surprise Ishan hugged Advik bhai first.
"Happy birthday bhaiya" Ishan spoke passing him a gift.
Aww my sunshine boy.
"Thank you bete !!" Ishan face scrunched at my brother's word.
"Happy birthday Advik" Aditya shared a brotherly hug with my brother.
"Wow garden looks so aesthetic. I am sure it's done by bhabhi" Ishan praised.
"Oh hello I have also helped her too" Niharika chimmed in.
"Akshita beta andar toh aane do unhe. Ladte hi rahoge kya ?" Mummy glared at us.
(Let them in. Will you keep fighting ?)
"Decoration is really beautiful Akshita and Niharika beta" Ma commented.
"Let's cut the cake"
Advik bhaiya blowed the candles, sliced the cake while we sang birthday song for him. He fed the first bite to our parents then me. After that I distributed the cake among us.
"Now it's time for your birthday gift" Advik brows furrowed in confusion.
"You already gave me best gift Akshu. I am going to be mamu and this birthday dinner. That's enough for me" He wrapped his arm around me placing a kiss on my forehead.
"Gift toh banta hai" I signaled Niharika and she shook her head. She came back with the gift in her hand.
"This is your gift" I carefully passed the thing to my brother whose eyes sparkled.
