"It's your first time here, right? Please make yourself at home!"
As soon as I entered the place, I noticed the set-up similar to a movie night.
"Did you set this up?" I asked.
"Yes, I planned on staying indoors and watch movies!" She responded with a bright smile on her face.
She's like an orange cat.. Very bright and cute.
"Pfft.. I see.." I chuckled in response.
"What's so funny about it?" Her face was coated with a pouty expression as she turned to face me.
"So adorable.." I looked directly into her eyes and said it out of the blue.
"Huh..?" She asked in confusion.
"I mean your set-up is adorable. Super adorable, haha!" I said awkwardly.
Ah, goddamn. What's wrong with me today? Did I drink too much? It seems like my thoughts are drifting off..
"Of course, I put a lot of effort into setting that up! Come, let's dig in now!"
After getting everything she ordered, we set everything out on the table.
"You... really ordered a lot."
"Hehe, I told you. I impulsively ordered anything and thought that I could finish them all..."
After preparing everything, the both of us took a seat. The candle on top of the cake were then lit by me.
"Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you..."
It was a joyful atmosphere filled with the sound of birthday songs and the smell of freshly delivered food.
" Make a wish."
She paused for a moment to wish and eventually blew out the candle.
"Thank you, Chocol!" She said, smiling brightly from ear to ear.
"Happy birthday again, little princess." I said, teasing her.
"What do you mean by little princess?!" She was surprised by the random nickname for her and was embarrassed by it.
Hahaha, that's the reaction that I wanted to see.
