Explaining of the au

Hello readers! It is the creator of the story,

I want to clear some things up about this story and what it is about

So as you could tell the smiling critters all have more human names: Ray and Nova being Dogday and Catnap. It is nicknames that they have, most of them don't actually know their 'real name' only a select few.

In the first part of chapter 1 was when they were children, they age a bit quicker than humans do now they are around the teen years when I did the time skip. I decided to do this to give a unique turn to the smiling critter stories.

There will be chapters going back to when they are children it was just not important to show for the first chapter

This will be a slow Burn.

And lastly for some of the choppy writing is since this story is being written quite late at night along side my other story.
