after the incident happened, a week passed by and Bud was feeling a lot better than before, Shellington noticed that Cookie is shoving away her emotions, he constantly worries about her, he is worried that she might become emotionless, after a few days they all went a picnic together, with the new octoagents, the kids: Bud, Kashi, Pinto, Orsan, Ursa and Squirt
Shellington was secretly working far away from everyone else, he had a table, some test tubes, a wire tube, his mini boiler, syringes, he had his hazmat suit on goggles and a mouth mask, he was about 17yards and 10 minutes away from everyone, he was hiding behind palms trees and bushes, he was working on something for the passed three weeks liquid nitrogen and gasoline
He was carefully putting the liquid nitrogen in a bottle of gasoline(plastic water jugs filed with gasoline)

he tries not to pour so much, "nice and easy I'm only going to put a small amount into the bottle of gasoline" but all of a sudden ⬇️
The sound of the air horn startled him, he accidentally poured to much nitrogen in the gasoline, then (explosion sound⬇️)
Everyone rushed to the scene, Shellington had a few scratches and bruises but nothing serious, it was nothing but some smoke and nothing caught on fire, he regain consciousness, he just sits on the sand staring at his destroyed work, he started to clean up the mess he made he didn't have any rubber gloves so he had cuts on his hands and fingers
Tears start falling down his face, he said nothing just kept cleaning, CB: "what happened?!" Shellington: "nothing!" When Shellington was a child his grandparents abused him for causing to much mess with his experiments, no matter what small or big mistakes he did they abused him non stop, sometime it was just fun,
by the time he was 19 he moved away from them he only stayed there because his parents died in a rage shooting he saw them get shoot, that's right Pearl doesn't exist because Shellington's parents are dead so if Pearl is dead that means Periwinkle doesn't exist either, -after cleaning up-

,(Cookie diary):February 17th 2024: Dear Diary something happened today, we found out that Shellington was secretly working on an experiment while the rest f us had fun, it went wrong so it exploded, went to see what happened, we saw Shellington cleaning the mess when Captain Barnacles asked what happened he yelled "nothing!" His voice sounded scared and stressed , we came back to the octopod after cleaning up the mess and the stuff we used for the picnic, Shellington didn't want to talk to us for a while I just hopes he's okay-Sincerely Cookie-

Everyone checked on Shellington including their new octo-agents friends, the veggiemals are worried bout him as their 'dad, father or papa' as they like to refer him to most of the time they called him 'Shellydo' the person who checks on him the most is Paani, everyone wants to make sure that Shellington is ok, but is he really ok? Deep down inside he suffering mentally and emotionally, why does he hide it from everyone?.
