CB:"🤨" rubbing his chin questioning what the matter with Shellington, *somethings off* he thought, Shellington being himself, decided to workout for a while it didn't matter if he had an injury, he turns on the treadmill and the speed is about 11 his goal to run about 14 miles on the treadmill,
He has no one to watch him to him it's a good thing, CB trying to look for him, "Kwazzi Peso have you seen Shellington?" He asked them,
Both other said no, -3 hours later- CB still can't find him, he last place he hasn't checked was the workout room,
He goes there and sees Shellington on the brink of passing out, Shellington stops the treadmill and sees he only got about five miles done within three hours, CB helps him,
CB:"Peso I need you to get water bottles from the fridge and ice packs, Kwazzi I need you to help me take Shellington back to his room"
Peso;"where are guys?" CB:"in the work out room" -after getting there- Shellington chugged the 3 water bottles, CB holds the ice pack over his forehead, -50 minutes later- after Shellington took a shower, Cookie comes in along with the other octo-agents and
octoJR-agents,
Paani:"how you been Shellington?" Shellington;"fine actually" the kiss, Kwazzi:"alright break it up!" Everyone just laughs,

Mr.Higgins:"It's about Cookies father and the rest of her family" Cookie;"😨" Shellington's face became more serious,

Mr.Higgins(mind):*💢 this bastard never changed* Mr.Higgins:"well apparently he's been spotted in South East Asia, and he's up to his neck in debt, and he is a childhood friend of your old man, from children to adulthood"
Shellington:"now that you mentioned it my dad did tell me stories about him and a close friend of his" Cookie:"Shellington do know anything about my dad" Shellington:"my dad rarely ever talks about him, all I know is that he disappeared without a trace, leave my dad wondering what happened to him, he spend years looking for him, he gave up when I was 6 years old thinking that someone killed him or died in some sort of accident"
Cookie:" I don't remember my father very much, all I know is that he loved us both me and my twin sister Casey, and then left us for a very important reason for our safety, our mom wasn't all that caring.
