it had been a couple of days since ash had spoken to, or even seen, notti. she normally would be happy with that news, however she was actually quite worried about him.
she knew recently he'd been more outside than ever, and although they weren't together anymore, ashlyn never actually stopped worrying about him.
she sat in her aunts kitchen, scrolling her phone whilst her cousin, adora, made noodles. ash and jordan hadn't been home properly in a few days, as their mom was still in and out of the house.
"you think he fine though? because if you do i can get his number for you aj." adora said, going back to the conversation the pair had about a guy one of adoras friends knew.
"he fine, but you know damn well notti would beat everyone's fucking ass." she laughed, putting her phone down onto the counter in front of her.
"you don't even like notti, why do you let his little ass control your life?" adora questioned. adora never had an issue with nottis until they broke up, she didn't like how he wouldn't allow ash to move on. although ash would try explain that she did the same with him, adora just brushed it off and started her own mental 'notti hate club'.
"he don't control my life! he just doesn't want me speaking to bummy guys.."
"he's the bummy guy.. whatever, we not getting into this again." adora shut the conversation off and went back to cooking, making ashlyn roll her eyes and pick her phone back up. this time, her notification screen had a snap from ddot.
