Chapter 15 (Final)

Anthony's second date went a lot better but there were some hiccups.

"You look pretty upset, what's wrong?" Anna said.

"Oh, uh, nothing. It's just that, Elisa is moving to Spain and I'm worried... like I know they're ready but, there's still something that they're not telling us," Anthony said, nervously.

"Well, have you asked them? I don't fully know what's going on... but if I was in this situation I would ask," Anna said.

"I know, but I've tried and... they won't tell me," Anthony said.

"Maybe they don't want to talk about it, and that's okay. I'm sure they'll tell you eventually," Anna said.

"I know, I just wish they would be more open about their mental health," Anthony said.

At Ian's house, he and Jess are talking about their experiences in High school and end up talking about May and Elisa.

"May has been acting weirdly," Jess said.

"Oh, what do you mean?" Ian said.

"She's been kinda quiet lately, it's weirding me out," Jess said.

"Yeah, Elisa's been the opposite. They've been really cheerful this past week, I think they're faking it," Ian said.

"May told me that she's been stressed and school isn't helping," Jess said.

"Elisa hasn't told me anything, me or Anthony. I'm really worried," Ian said.

"Don't worry, I'm 100 percent sure they'll tell you both. Trust me," Jess said, before walking into her room. "But I don't think they will." Ian thought.

At Elisa's and Sophie's house, they were cuddling while watching TV.

"Sophie, I need to tell you something," Elisa said.

"Okay, what is it?" Sophie asked.

"Do you remember when I mentioned the anti-depressant pills?" Elisa started. Sophie nods. "Well, I lied. I'm not going to therapy. I haven't been eating at all and whatever I do eat... I throw back up. I have been having suicidal thoughts lately and have been getting self-harm urges... or, I have been self-harming," Elisa pauses as they start to cry. "I didn't know how to tell you guys and now I think it's too late and..."

"Hey, baby. It's okay," Sophie interrupts, calming them down. "It's okay, I understand," Sophie kisses them. "Do you want me to explain this to Ian and Anthony or do you want to?"

"Maybe later," they pause. "Can we just watch the movie?" they said, embarrassed.

"Sure," Sophie said, cuddling them.

Elisa told Ian and Anthony a week later. They were shocked and kind of scared but knew that Elisa would be okay since Sophie was moving to Spain with them.

Five years later, Elisa and Sophie are married, Anna and Anthony now live together and just celebrated their 5th anniversary, and Ian is still single but doesn't care. Anthony and Ian both dropped out to pursue their YouTube career, Anna didn't really support it but it was Anthony's decision, and Elisa and Sophie are thinking about adopting a child.
