Days passed, and Lisa and Jungkook came to a deeper understanding of each other. They respected each other's feelings, and despite Lisa's inability to reciprocate Jungkook's romantic feelings, he never pressured her. Lisa, in turn, poured all her love into their friendship, cherishing Jungkook as her best friend and steadfast supporter.

Their bond only grew stronger with time, built on a foundation of mutual respect, trust, and unwavering support. Whether they were sharing laughter and joy or comforting each other through tears, Lisa and Jungkook found solace in the genuine connection they shared.

Together, they navigated life's ups and downs, facing each challenge with courage and resilience. And through it all, they knew that no matter what the future held, they would always have each other's backs, united in a bond that transcended mere romance.

Lisa and Jungkook were preparing lunch together when a mischievous idea popped into Jungkook's head. He grabbed a handful of flour, which they were using for cooking, and playfully smeared it onto Lisa's face. Lisa was taken by surprise, unaware of Jungkook's antics until she felt the flour on her face.

"Yaaa, Jeon Jungkook!" Lisa exclaimed, her voice laced with playful indignation as she retaliated by grabbing some flour to smear on his face. Jungkook chuckled mischievously and took a few steps back, evading Lisa's attempts to coat him in flour.

"Noona, wait, I'm sorry! Don't!" Jungkook exclaimed, laughing as he dodged Lisa's advances. He darted around the house, with Lisa in hot pursuit, flour in hand. After a few minutes of chasing, Lisa finally caught up to Jungkook, who had backed himself into a corner and ended up falling onto the sofa. In the commotion, he accidentally grabbed Lisa's wrist, causing her to tumble on top of him.

Lisa, caught up in the moment, continued to playfully rub flour on Jungkook's face, unaware of their close proximity. Jungkook, on the other hand, felt his heart race as Lisa straddled him, her laughter filling the room and warming his soul.

As Lisa continued to playfully rub flour on Jungkook's face, she finally noticed their position. Her laughter trailed off as she met Jungkook's eyes, and for a moment, time seemed to stand still.

Jungkook's heart pounded in his chest as he gazed up at Lisa, her face illuminated by the soft light filtering through the window. He felt a surge of warmth spread through him, a feeling he couldn't quite put into words.

Their eyes locked, and in that moment, everything else faded away. It was just the two of them, lost in a silent exchange of emotions that spoke volumes without a single word being uttered.

Suddenly, the air between them felt charged with tension, a palpable energy that crackled with possibility. Jungkook's breath caught in his throat as he realized just how close they were, the warmth of Lisa's body pressing against his own sending shivers down his spine.

But before he could gather his thoughts or make a move, Lisa shifted, breaking the spell that had enveloped them. With a soft chuckle, she leaned back, freeing Jungkook from her grasp.

"Oops, sorry about that," Lisa said, a faint blush coloring her cheeks as she quickly stood up, offering Jungkook a hand. "Are you okay?"

Jungkook blinked, momentarily dazed by the sudden change in atmosphere. He took Lisa's hand, allowing her to pull him up from the sofa, his mind still reeling from the intensity of their brief but unforgettable moment.

"Yeah, I'm fine," Jungkook replied, his voice barely above a whisper as he struggled to regain his composure. "Just... caught off guard, I guess."

As they stood there, facing each other in the aftermath of their playful flour fight, Jungkook couldn't help but wonder if there was something more lingering between them, something that went beyond their friendship. But for now, he pushed those thoughts aside, content to cherish the memory of their shared laughter and the warmth of Lisa's touch.

A few days had passed, and Lisa and Jungkook went shopping for essentials for Lisa's house and her child. Jungkook received a call, so he signaled to Lisa that he would take it and be back soon. Lisa nodded with a smile. After a few minutes, someone called out to Lisa, whom she didn't recognize at first.

"Lalisa? Is that you?" a female figure called out, prompting Lisa to give an awkward smile as she tried to place the person.

"Excuse me, do I know you?" Lisa politely inquired as she turned to face the unfamiliar woman who had called her name from behind.

"Oh, Lalisa, it's really you! I'm Jasmine, we went to college together, remember?" The woman introduced herself, prompting Lisa to recall their past connection.

"Ah, Jasmine! Hi! It's been a long time," Lisa greeted warmly, engaging in conversation with her old acquaintance for a few minutes until the tone shifted uncomfortably.

"Wait, so I heard about your boyfriend's passing in a car accident. I'm so sorry to hear that. And you have a baby too, right?" Jasmine's tone became somber, and Lisa felt a rush of anxiety.

"Yes, that's correct," Lisa responded, trying to maintain composure despite her discomfort.

"I feel sorry for you and your child. How are you both coping without him? I worry about your baby growing up without a father. If you need any assistance or financial support, please don't hesitate to ask me, I love doing charity works.

Lisa's smile faltered, sensing a shift in Jasmine's demeanor. There was a hint of mockery in her tone, which made Lisa uneasy.

"Thank you for your concern, Jasmine," Lisa replied cautiously, trying to gauge the sincerity behind Jasmine's words. "We're managing on our own."

Jasmine's smirk was evident now as she continued, "Oh, I see. Must be tough raising a child without a man around. But hey, if you ever need a helping hand, you know where to find me."

Before Lisa could say anything, Jungkook, who had been observing from afar for a few minutes, decided to step in.

"Who says you can't raise a child without a man?" Jungkook mockingly interjected.

"Um, excuse me? Who are you?" Jasmine was taken aback.

"Why do you care who I am? Why don't you mind your own business? Why are you always poking your nose into others' business?" Jungkook retorted sharply.

Jasmine's expression shifted, taken aback by Jungkook's unexpected assertiveness. She stuttered, searching for a response, but Jungkook wasn't finished.

"Seriously, what gave you the right to judge someone else's life choices?" Jungkook continued, his tone firm. "Lisa is doing an amazing job raising her child, and she doesn't need your pity or interference."

Lisa glanced at Jungkook, grateful for his support, and then back at Jasmine, who seemed at a loss for words. Sensing the tension, Jungkook gestured towards Lisa.

" Wh-Who is this Lisa? Don't tell me you've moved on from Jacob, and worse, you've cheated on him with him?" Jasmine thought she had shut them up, but that only made Jungkook angrier.

"Are you done? Done with your imagination? Why do u care who I am? First off all she never moved on from Jacob and never will ask she truly loved him and cheating isn't even an option and thirdly I'm the one courting on Lisa and she hasn't accepted me yet so I'm being a moral support for her. Don't you ever make false accusation about her or her child. You think she has no one? I'm here and I'll always be there for her and her child. It's our business and I'm there to take care of my child so please don't go around and create rumours! Get that?" Jungkook was pissed off

Jasmine's eyes widened in shock at Jungkook's vehement response. She stumbled over her words, realizing the gravity of her mistake.

"I-I'm sorry, I didn't mean to imply..." Jasmine trailed off, unable to find the right words to apologize for her unwarranted accusations.

Jungkook's expression softened slightly, his anger giving way to a sense of protectiveness towards Lisa and her child. "Just remember to think before you speak next time," he said firmly before turning to walk away with Lisa by his side.

"Let's go, Lisa. We don't need to waste our time with someone who can't mind their own business," Jungkook said, offering Lisa a reassuring smile.

Nodding gratefully, Lisa followed Jungkook as they walked away, leaving Jasmine standing there in silence, perhaps reconsidering her approach to others' lives.
