Sophia and Madison left the gas station. Sophia pointed to a sleek red Mustang and told Madison they were gonna drive.

Madison got into the passenger seat, and Sophia climbed into the driver's seat. She turned the key and started heading towards the more seedier part of the city.

The car pulled into the quiet, dimly lit parking lot of the park. The distant hum of traffic and the occasional rustle of leaves added to the clandestine atmosphere. The two girls got out of the car, glancing around as if checking for prying eyes.

Sophia, her voice hushed, whispered to Madison, "This is the spot Raven and I usually come to meet up at night."

They navigated behind a cluster of bushes, hidden from the prying eyes of passersby. As they moved deeper into the shadows, the soft glow of the streetlight cast dappled patterns on the ground. There, nestled in the darkness, sat Raven on a chair, seemingly unperturbed by their arrival.

Raven, with his vibrant hair catching hints of moonlight, looked up and grinned as Madison and Sophia approached.

"What's up, Suds?" he asked Sophia. "Not much, how about you?" she responded.

"Who's this you got with you?" he asked curiously. "She came into my work, she's been having a miserable day. I invited her to join us today, thought she could use someone to chill out with." Sophia gave a playful wink at Raven.

"You sure you want to go down that route?" Raven asked. Sophia responded with a nod.

"Well, Girl, welcome to our little sanctuary. I don't even know your name." He shook his head.

Madison tried to talk, but it had been a while, and she got choked up a little on her words. She cleared her throat. "Madison, but I go by Maddy" She responded quietly, not quite sure what to make of what was happening in front of her.

Raven smiled at her.

Madison managed a small smile back, appreciating the effort to include her in whatever mysterious ritual these two seemed to share. The small area they were in, hiding in a brush away from society, now took on a different vibe in the moonlit night.

Raven, looking back at Sophia, asked, "So, what's the plan for tonight, Suds?"

Sophia, glancing at Madison, replied, "Raven's got something special for us. A way to shake off the troubles and just, you know, chill." Turning to Raven, she said, "Think we should go for the blue stuff you have, the midnight bliss."

Raven chuckled, "It's not for the faint of heart, Madison. You sure you're up for it?"

Madison, feeling a mix of nerves and intrigue, threw away her inhibitions about not taking drugs and nodded hesitantly, "I could use a break from everything right now if I'm being honest." Raven grinned in response.

Suds, her vibrant energy contagious, encouraged Madison, "It might seem strange at first, but trust me, it's a journey worth taking. A momentary escape from the chaos of the world."

Raven pulled a small metal teaspoon and a small bag of blue powder. He poured out a drop onto the spoon and handed it to Suds, who took it and brought it directly under her nose and inhaled deeply.

"This stuff is so powerful, you don't even need to take it in in an injection. You could, and get a better hit. But for the first time, just inhaling the scent should be enough" Suds said, as a wave of calm overtook her. Everything faded from existence, except her, Madison, and Raven.

She paused for a second, before handing the spoon to Madison, who brought it tentatively closer to her own face. She took a deep breath and inhaled a little.

The shock was so much, that she jolted back a couple of steps. Raven and Sophia giggled a little.

And then the experience started. Things around her faded. Raven's vibrant hair seemed to catch the moonlight, making him seem more attractive than he was at first.

Suds, her voice carrying a soothing reassurance, explained the nuances of the experience, "It's not just about the substance, Madison. It's about opening up your mind." She gestured widely at everything.

As the effects of Midnight Bliss gradually subsided, Madison found herself returning to the quiet clearing, the moon's glow casting a serene ambiance.

Suds, breaking the reflective silence, said, "Well, that was something you don't experience every day. How are you feeling now, Maddy?"

Madison shook her head clear, and then realized she had peed in the diaper she was wearing. She needed to get home, change, and go to sleep. But she felt like she could do anything. Fuck the world. fuck everything people thought of her. She wanted this feeling to last forever.

Raven, sensing Madison's thoughts, said, "Madison, you're welcome to join us whenever you need a break from the chaos. "

As they emerged from the secluded shadows, Suds gestured towards the car. "I'll drive you home, Mads," she offered with a friendly grin.

Madison, grateful for the offer, climbed into the passenger seat once again. The car turned on with a loud roar and pulled out of the lot.

"if you ever need anything, just pop a text to me, or come see me in person. My job gets boring a lot." Sophia said to Madison, as she pulled up to Madison's house.

Madison, still processing the intensity of the night, nodded. Feeling a sense of belonging, she stepped out of the car with a newfound lightness. The day had gone by very fast, a lot had happened, and as the car disappeared into the distance, Madison sighed a little, before slipping out her key and opening the door.

The clock said 1:30 am, and the look on Mrs. Stone's face was not one of happiness.
