Six Eyes: The first ability to appear since it is something he is born with, Naruto will have a far better understanding of chakra than all others and will have incredibly fine control over it, down to the atomic level. With these eyes he essentially has the power to never worry about running out of chakra like others do, and with his absurd amount of it, he doesn't need to worry about how much he has nor his control. Natural Lightning Chakra/God of Lightning: The second ability to manifest is the fact that Naruto's chakra is naturally electrifying to those around him and therefore allows him to summon blasts of lightning from his body and a natural immunity to all electric/lightning-based attacks or forms. Essentially rendering things like Chidori, Raikiri, or the Raikage's Lightning Chakra Mode completely moot. With complete immunity to lightning-based attacks and with the passive ability to shoot out blasts of lightning without the use of handsigns or the buildup of chakra, it allows Naruto more flexibility in combat. Natural Water Chakra/Disaster Tides: The third ability to manifest is the fact that Naruto's chakra is also naturally aquatic to those around him and himself. It grants him the passive ability of manipulating water without needing to form handsigns to do so and grants him immunity to the pressure that water can exert as well as drowning. This grants him a lot more flexibility as well as more control over the element over anyone else. Unlike with the electricity, this ability comes with the added benefit of summoning fish shikigami and, later on, a Domain Expansion called Domain Expansion: Horizon of the Captivating Skandha that creates an oceanic world with an island and creates a sure-hit effect of multiple powerful fish shikigami to attack. Natural Wood Chakra/Disaster Plants: The fourth ability to manifest itself within Naruto grants him the passive ability to manipulate and conjure up plants like trees and their roots, chakra absorbing buds that sprout from the opponent's body, orbs of wood to telepathically control, a field of hypnotic flowers that lowers the sense to fight and dulls one's senses. This one doesn't possess a Domain Expansion effect but it does possess a Domain Amplification effect that allows him to nullify or significantly weaken the effects of someone's bloodline trait like the Sharingan at the expense of not being able to use the ability to manipulate plants for ten seconds after it is deactivated. It should be noted that the plants are entirely composed of chakra and can vanish as quick as they came. (Awakens shortly upon birth) X
Natural Fire Chakra/Disaster Flames: The fifth ability to manifest itself within Naruto and it grants him refined control over fire and flames, alongside making him completely immune to heat-based attacks, leaving Fire based abilities completely useless before him. This ability allows him to summon and control flames from anywhere and everywhere so long as he is near is opponent and can casually cause nearby people to combust into flames if he so chooses. He can also summon miniature volcanoes that shoot out blasts of magma. He can also summon fiery insect-like shikigami that make a loud noise before exploding into a fiery inferno. Later on, he can summon a massive molten meteor and several of them. He can also open a Domain Expansion, Domain Expansion: Coffin of the Iron Mountain that can generate flames and other meteors with ease as a sure-hit effect. (Awakens shortly upon birth) X
