always cheering and supporting and watching
as they cross the finish line and
ace the test and
get the medal and the award and the recognition
i am always watching as they achieve
they work hard
running every day and
studying for hours and
doing it but
i run twice a day and
study for days and days and days and i am
doing it all
they work hard but i work harder
i know i shouldn't feel like this
they deserve it
they deserve it
they deserve it

but why don't i?
