When Liam regained consciousness, before he even opened his eyes, his mind was already as clear as it could be.

Though he had remembered everything, he particularly couldn't stop thinking about what triggered it all.

As soon as he heard Harmony speaking on the phone, his heart started racing in panic because she was right there with him.

He didn't know how he would ever face her.

The moment he opened his eyes, he realized he was at Greene Hospital and in the same room as before and Larry was with him.

"You're awake, Sir," Larry said, rushing to him from his seat.

Keeping his eyes on Larry, because he couldn't look at Harmony, he saw her figure rushing over to him as well.

"Babe, you had me so worried. How do you feel?" she asked, her voice laced with so much concern as she placed her hand on his cheek.

Even though he couldn't look at her face, his gaze landed on the necklace around her neck and that just made him so uncomfortable and triggered that he began to fidget in his bed as he breathed hard.

"Leave," he said to her as he shut his eyes.

"Who? Me?" she asked, surprised.

"Yes, I said leave right now."

"Babe? Are you really okay? Can you tell me what happened?"

"I told you to leave!" he yelled at her and she flinched as she took a step away from the bed.

"Did I do something wrong?"

"I just.... I don't want you here," he said with a slight tremble in his voice, then faced the other side and opened his eyes.

"What's gotten into you?" she asked.

He shut his eyes again at how it sounded as if she was almost in tears, but he couldn't stand the sight of her.

"Larry."

"Yes, Sir?"

"If she doesn't leave, get security. In fact, call them right now. I don't want her here."

She scoffed. "I don't believe this. What's wrong with you?"

"I'll talk to you later so just go. You shouldn't be here." The guilt in his heart had him clenching his fists.

After she sighed with defeat, she finally started heading out.

"Because you're not doing too well, I'll forget this happened," she said. "I'll be back to see you later."

"I don't want you to come back," he said, his tone harsh.

When she broke down in tears as the door creaked open, he clenched his jaw, hating himself for what he had just done to her, but to him, it was necessary.

As soon as she was out of sight, he sighed.

"Larry."

"Yes, Sir?"

"I want to be alone," he said, holding himself together just a bit longer.

"Of course and your parents should be here soon."

"Just go."

As soon as Larry closed the door behind him, Liam sat up and buried his face in his hands, breaking down in tears like never before. His heart was shattered because all the misery, pain and guilt came back to him.

He hated the way he had just treated the one person who had come to matter to him, which should've never been the case, not after what he did and he regretted ever getting involved with her.
