The Vok fused the inert bodies of Tigatron and Airazor into a single entity named "Tigerhawk", they order him to deal with Megatronus Rex, who was responsible for messing with the Natural Order of the Universe.
Then, after being defeated by Tigerhawk, with the help of an unknown darkness, MegaRex evolves into Gigatron.
Meanwhile, Tigerhawk disables the fusion and reverts back to Tigatron and Airazor and they see that everything has changed.
Tigatron: "So, we're back."
Airazor: "What's changed around here?"
