Alyson Fletcher, or Aly as everyone knew her,  was in her favourite place to be on morning. A gym. It was 6am and she was powering through a morning workout, the fifth one this week. Her lungs felt heavy and sore as she tried to inhale some much needed oxygen into them as she powered through a set of stomach crunches. Her dark brown hair was pulled back into a French braid and she could feel the sweat running down her back, she was thankful she chose that hairstyle because there was nothing worse than sweaty looking hair and being in a braid meant it was at least presentable, if a little messy.

Her blue eyes felt like they were on fire, she hadn't slept and that was because the room she'd been staying in was next to a bachelorette party and they'd been so loud and noisy as they'd came back from a night out that she ended up getting up and decided to just hit the gym. She liked that the hotel had a twenty four hour gym, most things in Vegas were twenty four hours. Her body was aching by the time she even considered stopping and she was going to grab a quick shower back in her room before she needed to check out and get on a flight back to Pittsburgh.

"Eight more." She grunted to herself as she tried to power through some squats whilst balancing some small weights. The count down she was shouting in her head was spurring her on and as she got down to three, she heard the door go so she looked in the mirror to see who it was, nodding a hello as he looked at her. He seemed to stand and watch her until she stood up straight, tossing the small weights on the floor.

"I thought I was crazy being here so early, what's your excuse?"

She laughed. "I couldn't sleep, figured I'd hit the gym because there's a bachelorette party taking place in the room next to mine."

"I think they woke me up too." He yawned as he hung a towel over the rail of the running machine. "How long you been down here?"

"About an hour." She sighed as she sat down on the hip adductor, taking a sip of her water before dropping it on the floor. "I'll head off for a shower after this so you can have the gym to your--" the door opening stopped her mid sentence and she laughed. "Never mind. Morning Sid."

"Hey." Sid seemed a little confused to see people in the gym. "Guess I'm not the only one who had a shit sleep?"

"Nope." Aly smiled and started working out on the machine. "I was just telling Tanger some bachelorette party woke me up and they woke him up too, how about you?"

"Yup." He sat on the machine next to her, adjusting the weight to at least 50% more and she felt a little annoyed at him, as if he was teasing her that he was just better. "They were on the corridor. When I opened my door to ask them to keep it down, this one girl literally fell into my room."

"So you already got a work out in? Nice." Kris teased as he started up the running machine, winking at Aly and making her laugh. Sid rolled his eyes and shook his head, grunting as he pushed his thighs together to lift the weights.

"I kindly asked her to move and came down here." He paused for a moment. "With a detour to the reception to complain." It suddenly clicked what Kris had said and he shook his head. "Can you imagine if Kathy heard some girl fell into my room? She'd hang me up by my balls."

"I'm sure she'd understand it wasn't how it sounds." Aly laughed. "You guys better make use of the flight and grab some sleep today, though. Sully won't be happy if you go into training tonight being tired and sloppy." She warned them and they just nodded. "I'm serious, he's already pissed off with the loss."

"Don't mention that to me, Aly." Sid sighed. "It was a shit show. I'm furious with myself and with everyone on the team."

"Don't I know it." She mumbled.
