Aly was exhausted by the time she got to the Air BnB that Kiley had rented for the wedding party to get ready in, by the time she got her flight, sat on the tarmac for three hours due to some stubborn birds and then had to get through security and then got stuck in traffic, she'd missed the pre wedding dinner and had texted Kiley to say she was grabbing a pizza and would see everyone when they got back. She had the code for the door so she easily got in and Kiley had told her which room she was in, so she'd got changed into her wedding morning PJs and ate some pizza with a glass a wine and watched some TV until Kiley and a few of the girls came back. They wouldn't be too long but there was no way Aly was going to travel across town and join a dinner party half way through main course.

The sudden alone time meant she could have a flirty back and forth with Sid over FaceTime. He was an hour ahead due to time difference and he was laying on his couch, he'd been telling her about how his impromptu BBQ and Beer party had gone down. They talked about Sid taking her out for dinner when they got back to Pittsburgh and they'd been trying to work out how they could make it business related, she was petrified someone was going to find out. She'd heard the girls coming in and quickly ended her call with Sid, immediately going into wedding mode.

The morning of the wedding, Aly had woken up at just before 7am, slipping out of the bed she had ended up sharing with Kiley and being careful not to wake her up. She went into the kitchen and opened up the plastic trays filled with pastries, poured orange juice half way into all of the champagne flutes so they'd be ready for Champagne mimosas. She brewed some coffee and put bottles of water in the refrigerator as well eight bottles of champagne, she put a further four into the freezer to chill them quickly and as soon as people were up, she'd fill up an ice bucket.

It didn't take long for other girls to start getting up and they were equally as quiet as Aly, all whispering in the kitchen until Kiley walked in and then they all cheered and the champagne was brought out, the buckets filled with ice and the Mimosas poured. They were all excited, taking selfies and snacking on pastries until the hair and make up team arrived. Hair was being done in the Kitchen, Make up in the living area because it had a huge bay window that poured natural light in and it was perfect. Aly liaised with both teams, creating a schedule to keep everything working smoothly and she wrote it down on the little white board in the kitchen so everyone knew what they were doing. She'd made sure Charlie knew to give her number to any vendor that needed dealing with and she'd already gotten two phone calls from him because he hadn't packed any socks. She'd told him with Kiley's permission he could rock a no sock look or he could send out one of his groomsmen to buy him some, she was looking forward to seeing what he did.

It wasn't long before Kiley was slipping into her Carolina Herrera gown and Aly was zipped into her Jenny Yoo dress, everyone got their first look at Kiley before Mike arrived and Aly almost lost it when he started crying, she barely held on and only kept it together because there would have been no time to fix her make up because they needed to get going. They all got into the waiting cars and made the journey to Marsh Chapel at Boston University where Kiley's uncle was officiating the ceremony. When the ceremony was over, Charlie had drove Kiley off in a 1957 Porsche 356 Speedster and Kiley was gifted a Christian Dior headscarf and Yves Saint Laurent sunglasses to make sure the wind didn't ruin her hair or make up, which all the bridesmaid chipped in and got her as a 'Something New' gift.

Everyone then headed to the Boston Public Library for dinner, which had been fun and it was at dinner when she clocked Jeremy Swayman across the room, lifting his drink up to her which she reciprocated before getting involved in conversation with someone on her table so that she didn't have to look back at him. Mostly because she knew what he was going to try and do tonight and she couldn't exactly tell him that she was dating Sidney Crosby. She'd have to try and come up with something else and it had to be believable but also something she could get by Kiley without her asking questions. She was definitely not getting shit faced tonight, she didn't need to fuck up.
