I am shocked at his choice of words and that's what made me agree on to this. It may seem seconds but it was an eternity for me after which his behaviour and choice of words changed for me.

Author's pov
Two children-a girl and a boy-sat in a dimly lit room within the grand Rajput mansion. Their faces bore the weight of their enmity. Despite their families' close ties, the young adversaries remained resolute in their mutual enmity.
Yes they were divya and Reyansh it was another of their parents and families meet ups.
The room itself seemed to echo their discord. Heavy curtains hung from tall windows, casting elongated shadows across the polished marble floor.
The girl shifted uncomfortably and tried to get up from the chair on which she was sitting. But Her frock, betrayed her as it got stuck on the wooden armrest. And She stumbled forward, her fall abruptly was halted by a nearby side table. The impact sent a crystal vase right on the floor and with a loud Noise its shattered to pieces.
The little divya got scared of the consequences that now she would face and the reyansh which was till now brooding in silence gave out some expressions atleast. Expression of annoyance over the mess she had created.
Divya carefully managed on her own and took some steps back to avoid being injured from the glass pieces that were scattered across the floor, she thought what will she do now. She would get a lecture for her carelessness from her bui who has recently visited for sure as this was her room.

Abruptly an idea came to her mind and she went to reyansh who was observing her since she fell. She went and asked
"Please tell my bua that mistakenly you broke it, she would not say even a word to you but if she gets to know its my fault than i am gone for sure, please, please, please help me" she pleaded.
"That's your problem, i am not gonna get into all this, figure it out on your own."
"Please if you do so none of us would get scolded"
