2600+ words Happy reading ❤️I stepped into the shower, and memories from the past 7 days flooded my mind. Working from home, caring for her, -despite her insistence that she doesn't need it-has been both rewarding and challenging.
Her occasional mocking doesn't go unnoticed, at all, and everyone at home supports only her.
I've agreed to let her work on advait's case, she would be in her new office, working her ass off after just two days. so all i have is two days, to find him and take him down.
I've fired almost 50 security team officers till now and still counting, they all are just nothing but infuriating dumbs.
They found a lead or two but they all were dead ends, its very frustrating for me when all i can think about is strangling advait and i don't even know his fucking location.
The steam from the shower clung to my skin as I stepped out, towel wrapped around my waist.
I reached the closet, but my clothes for the day were not there. Ah, yes-Mom's reminder echoed in my mind: "On the table in the bedroom after ironing." I hurried into the room, and there they were-my neatly pressed attire.
As I reached for the clothes, a gasp cut through the air. Her voice, breathless and tinged with shock, pierced the moment: "Ahh! Y....y.....you can't just come out like that"
I turned, and there she was, her eyes peeking through her delicate fingers. The room was bathed in the soft glow of morning light, casting a warm glory around her.
She sat on the edge of the bed, her cheeks lightly giving a hint of pink from the other ends. Her tousled hair strands escaping their neat confines.
The balck camisole she wore clung to her curves, revealing smooth arms that seemed to glide effortlessly. its delicate lace tracing patterns against her skin.
In this moment, I find myself adoring her more than the polished facade she wears daily-a shield against the world.
Her vulnerability, the messy imperfections, and that hint of shyness-it's all so endearing. It feels like there's a normal girl in there, yet everything extraordinary about that.
