Silence Is Not The Answer(Request)

A/n: "can you do one where we argued and we gave him the silent treatment and he got mad ?" I can do it. Or I will try at least. Enjoy.

Y/n POV

We sat in silence in his dorm, as I glared at Mattheo. I took a deep breath and shifted away from him slightly. Mattheo suddenly got up and looked at me. 

"I still don't understand what I did wrong." He says, lowly, trying to keep his cool.

"How can you not understand? You don't show affection in public or in front of our friends! Hell, you barely talk to me sometimes!" I lost my cool and yelled at him.

"Why is that a big deal?!" He yelled back.

"Why is it a big deal?! Seriously?! I just want my boyfriend to act like my boyfriend outside of closed doors! Is that really so much to ask?!" I ask loudly. He rolls his eyes.

"People know we are dating! Why do I have to express it everywhere?!" He asks, yelling back at me. I sigh, angrily.

"Are you serious right now?! All I want is for you to hold my hand in the great hall or let me lean on you while we are hanging out with our friends! Is that too much to ask?! Even just a small peck on the lips before bed! IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK FROM YOU?!" I scream at him, all my anger and emotions flowing out in those words along with a few tears finally rolling down my face. He looks slightly shocked at my outburst.

"I'm just saying, we are dating, the entire school knows we are dating. I don't see the need to show it every single minute of every day." He says quietly, still kind of shocked at my scream before.

"How do you not understand? I wasn't asking for every minute of every day. I wasn't asking for you to be by me all the time. All I'm asking is for you to take 2 seconds out of your fucking day just to give me a simple kiss! ARE YOU HEARTLESS?! OR ARE YOU JUST INCAPABLE OF SHOWING ANY AFFECTION?! I'M DONE TRYING TO MAKE YOU UNDERSTAND! YOU GET YOUR WISH!" I screamed at him quickly. I took a second to breath before continuing my last words to him for now. "I'm leaving you alone," I say quietly as I grab my notebook/sketchbook and walk out of his dorm, over to my dorm where I get my comfy pjs on and collapse into bed where I fell asleep right because of pure mental as well as emotional exhaustion.

Timeskip

It's been about 2, maybe 3 days since the fight. I've been giving Mattheo the silent treatment to make him see how much he really hurt me by not talking to me and not showing affection.

Right now we were all sitting in the common room just talking. I sat next to Pansy.

"Have you spoken to him yet?" Pansy whispered to me. I shake my head and glance at Mattheo only to see him staring at me.

"Hey Y/n. Wanna go to Hogsmeade with me next weekend?" I hear Adrian Pucey ask me. (For this oneshot, pretend Adrian is their age) I roll my eyes and shake my head.

"No thanks, Pucey. Not interested." I say without even looking at the guy.

"Aww come on. I can give you way more than Riddle does." Just as soon as he finishes his sentence, Mattheo gets up, punches him once before grabbing my hand and dragging me to his dorm. His grip on my hand didn't hurt but it definitely surprised me. I sat down on the bed as he paced the room a few times.

"Is there a reason you brought me up here?" I asked quietly. He just stares at me.

"Oh so now you wanna talk? After not talking to me at all?! Seriously?!" He just starts yelling these things.

"Well you clearly didn't want to even try to show affection, I was mad, so I decided to teach you a lesson and stay silent." I say honestly.

"NO! No. You don't get to go silent! I get it that you were mad! I'm sorry for what I did, ok?! I know I'm a son of a bitch for that! But you shouldn't have given me the silent treatment! WHY DID YOU?!" He asks while yelling at me.

"I TOLD YOU! TO TEACH YOU A LESSON! And apparently it worked because you got mad when Pucey made that comment! Is that right?! Did that get you mad?! Did it make you realize why I was mad?! I was telling you that we don't show affection in public! Because we don't, people don't know that we are together! DO YOU UNDERSTAND NOW WHY I'M SO MAD AT YOU?! WHY I WANT YOU TO JUST DO ONE SIMPLE SIGN OF AFFECTION?!" I scream at him, losing my temper. I just want him to understand and now I hope he finally does.

Timeskip(small)

"Yeah, it made me mad. His fucking comment made my blood boil. I'm sorry, Y/n, my love. I should be showing everyone how much I love you. I will try to show you my love and affection everyday. I'm so sorry, I know I have been an idiot. I really don't want to lose you. So please, can you please forgive me?" He asks quietly. I saw a tear fall down his face. I got up from his bed, walked over in front of him, took his hands in mine and made him look at me.

"Mattheo, I forgive you. You won't lose me. You can do stupid things but you won't lose me. I love you." I tell him before we kiss. He lifts me up, my legs wrap around his waist, and takes me down to the common room.

Timeskip(small)

When we enter the common room, our friends look at us. Enzo and Draco whistle, pansy giggles and laughs slightly. Mattheo rolls his eyes and sits on the comfy chair with me on his lap. The night ended with me asleep on his chest while we all talked.

A/n: I hope you liked this one. I will probably be doing a lot more since I don't feel guilty fantasizing or writing about guys anymore. Yes, I was dating a good guy but I felt guilty writing oneshots. But I ended that relationship so I'm ok. Anyway, I hope you liked this one. Thanks for reading, peoples. Bye lovelies.
