Willow practically melted into the bed she was given.

"Zarya, would it be wrong if I slept for the rest of eternity?" She smiled loopily. Zarya materialized to give Willow an unamused look.

The swimming part of being underwater came naturally to her. She didn't have to think, as her subconscious did the work for her. She had at last become one with those serene waves she'd constantly be stuck admiring from afar.

Willow was most grateful for Zarya's guidance in manipulating the water to create a part, allowing the others to breathe. The Opal already gave her water breath, so she was perfectly fine. Anyway, the whole process of moving the water may have seemed elaborate on the outside, but it wasn't. Not to Willow, at least. Rather, extremely energy consuming.

"Preferably not for the rest of eternity, child." Zarya's sigh bounced off the empty walls of the room.

"Okay.. an hour—"

"Yes, that is doable."

"—or twenty."

"..Let us compromise. Get in as much as you can before Quincy and King Raymond are finished." Willow indicated her agreement by burrowing herself even deeper beneath the comforter. It was either, Seashore had such luxury bedding, or the fact that she hadn't touched a bed in two days. Two whole days!

Still, nothing would come close to the literal clouds for beds she used to be treated to..

It was at the precise moment where Willow was teetering on the edge of drifting off when the door opened. Someone leapt onto the mattress, causing her to bounce from the impact. They snuggled up beside her until she grew sick of their presence and threw her head up.

"What are you doing?" Willow groaned. She had a pillow tightly gripped in her leaf blades.

"Checking on you!" Smoke smiled. He was struck with a sudden, fluffy impact. Willow hadn't hesitated in chucking the pillow at his snout. "I want to sleep."

"Riight, right you must be tired from using your Gemstone so much." Smoke sat up fully, nodding his head. The peashooter brightened at that. "Great, so—"

"Speaking of your Gemstone, can you use it? Pretty please??"

And thus, his true motive was revealed.

Since they were in Seashore, there were water sources containing that special water everywhere. The one the roses needed to live. Seeing as how the room was currently unoccupied, Willow saw no harm in using it as a display.

She walked over to the water source, which was contained in a small, indoor birdbath.

Why a birdbath..?

"You do not have to do what he says," Zarya told her. "Or what anyone says, for that matter."

"I know, Zarya. It's okay," Willow replied. She activated the Opal, reveling in the immediate sense of comfort that came from being in the sweater the Gem gave her.

"Coool!" he exclaimed.

"I-I haven't done anything yet?"

"I know." Smoke made his way off the bed to join her. "You don't have to do anything to be cool. That's just fact."

"Ahah.. thanks, Smoke.."

"Get on with it," Zarya interrupted. Willow extended a leaf blade, hovering it above the water. As Zarya told her back on the boat, the best way to manipulate water was to move with the wave pattern. Become one with the waves. However, the liquid before her didn't have a pattern. It was completely still.
