10. New Girl

Hey guys! This little oneshot was requested by SomeRandomDemigod. Hope you enjoy! ♥

"Hey, I'm Piper!" A girl with short brown hair stands in front of you. "You must be the new demigod. What's your name?" she asks kindly.

You look down at your feet shyly. "(Y/n) (L/n)."

"Cool. Do you know who your godly parent is?" Piper starts to walk you towards a cabin larger than the rest.

You shake your head. You had been minding your business at home, when a strange half-goat creature had broken in and kidnapped you and brought you to this place. He'd done some explaining along the way. Apparently you were a demigod; you just didn't know whose.

"Oh that's okay, I'm sure Chiron will figure it out."

Your eyes widen and you sputter. "Chiron? THE Chiron? From Greek mythology?" What in the world was this place?

Piper grins. "I know. Pretty cool, huh? I would show you around, but I have to supervise a lesson in ten minutes. Oh, hi, Nico." As Piper opens the door to the large cabin, a dark-haired boy stalks out, hands shoved into his pants pockets. His dark eyes stood out in his pale face, and his wild dark hair unruly. He was, in your opinion, pretty cute.

"Piper." Nico greets Piper with a stiff nod. As he turns to you, you suddenly flush under his gaze.

"Hey, you wouldn't mind showing (Y/n) around, right? Okay, great." Piper shoves Nico into you, and you reflexively steady him.

Nico quickly mutters an apology and straightens himself before a pink tinge colors his cheeks.

"I'm (Y/n). I'm, uh, new." You tell him quickly, before he can ask.

"Nice to meet you." he mumbles.

You warm instantly. You quickly shake your head. Stupid, overactive hormones. Just because you thought he was cute didn't mean he had the same feelings about you.

"I, uh, have to go see Chiron." You gesture towards the large cabin, avoiding Piper's request of Nico showing you around camp.

As Piper waves you into the Big House after watching your exchange with Nico, a plan had already started forming in her mind.

"Heyyy Nico." Piper sidles up to Nico, who jumps. Gods, sometimes that girl was more incognito than himself when he shadow traveled.

"What's up, Piper." Nico says absentmindedly. He was waiting outside the Big House (although unable to admit it to himself, he was waiting for you). He couldn't take his mind off of the new girl. Her eyes were so (e/c), they washed him away into a deep pit of - whoa. Nico shakes his head to clear it. He nods at Piper.

"So, what'd you think of (y/n?)" Piper asks slyly.

Nico clears his throat awkwardly. "Uh...was she that pretty girl you introduced me to earlier?" He tries to fake an air of nonchalance. Piper stifled a giggle. He'd called you "pretty". This was going to work out perfectly.

"Mhm. And guess what? She thinks you're totally cute and mysterious." Nico's eyes widen. What? Surprised, he stumbles backwards into the door just as you pushed it open. He fell onto the ground.

Your eyes wide, you hurriedly rush to his side. "Oh my gods! Are you alright?" You mentally facepalm yourself. Good going, (Y/n). You just killed the first guy you had feelings for. You kneel by Nico's side and press a hand over his chest.

"Oh gods! He's not breathing oh my gods!" You start to screech hysterically. You'd killed someone! They were for sure going to kick you out of this wonderful new world. And right after you found out that your parentage came from (G/P) too.

Piper appears by your side, eyebrows scrunching in confusion, most likely silently judging. "(Y/n)..." she begins. Before you can reply though, a cold strong hand grabs the front of your new camp shirt and pulls you to the ground. The dead Nico was now alive again? You try to clear your nonsensical thoughts. Being around this hot guy should be totally illegal.

Nico opens his eyes after taking a deep breath. "Relax, (Y/n), I'm alive." He says in a husky voice. "A little winded, but perfectly fine." His dark eyes protrude into yours, and he slowly pulls you down into a kiss. Your breath gets caught in your throat, as you lay on top of this darkly handsome boy, kissing and kissing and kissing him. You bite your lip, feeling completely at peace.

You knew you were going to enjoy stepping foot into this wonderful yet dangerous new magical world, with Nico by your side.

Meanwhile, Piper had disappeared to find her next victim.

Lol this one isn't that amazing, but since I was gone for such a long time, I wanted to give you guys something! I've been really busy with school, so you might not hear from me again in a long while (although we have a long weekend this week so you might).
